So we don't receive mail on Tuesdays anymore at a place of BUSINESS? GET IT TOGETHER! This is unacceptable. It's bad enough I know the manager picks and chooses when he wants packages delivered and not just delivering them like he's supposed to.
Update: 3rd Tuesday in a row that our business has NOT received mail. Who made this supervisor the king of all mail? Absolutely ridiculous. Good thing I know his name and am making a direct complaint with USPS for him not doing his job.

Service is usually pretty good, but the hours online and on the front of the door are incorrect. This is the second time I’ve come before the scheduled lunch break at 1:30 and the office is already closed with just a paper written “out for lunch”…

In my experience USPS hasn’t always been the most pleasant of tasks but this guy takes really good care of this location, and always has such a kind disposition. His happiness is contagious. When I walk in I can immediately smell he has been cleaning. He moves you in and out with ease. Everything is neat and meticulous. I bet you my bottom dollar he is a perfectionist and takes pride in everything he does. I’m sure he keeps busy all day long. I feel ashamed I don’t know his name by now. I’m shocked to see so few stars for this location. However, I can assure it’s because of the other employee who takes his place when he isn’t here!

We arrived closer to closing time due to a computer issue at the North Ridge location. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and very helpful.

Went to this location twice. First time the guy says the system is down after trying for few minutes. I go to another USPS location and they tell me that if the system is down then they would know. Then they were able to take the package. Second time I go to this location, the same guy says my prepaid package is over the size limit and tells me go to UPS or Fedex. I took it to another USPS location and they took the package right away when I dropped it off…

Very bad service. My package get lost and the way they treat the things that are mailed like it's a waste of there time. My question is why do they work there when clearly they hate there job. Just quit!! And look for something else. The only good thing that I got from this post office is the counter person Denzel. Always happy and helpful. And I can tell he loves his job Thanks for been such a awesome postman

Went to this post office today and was told my package was at another location. The person at the front desk didn’t even want to bother even helping me. I told him that the delivery address should have been at this post office because that’s the address I got from USPS customer service. The front desk worker was rude and very lazy. Of course I go to the USPS and was met by an employee who was even ruder than this guy. Of course I don’t know where my package is currently so I’m very confused at this point and just want my money back for the package and the package intercept. It’s not worth dealing with employees with attitudes and delayed deliveries. USPS need to do better with there employees they hire because there are other mail services out there that do a better job and aren’t rude.

These people are lazy and don’t like to work I’m filing a complaint with my congressman. They take 2 hours lunch breaks before the designated lunch hour and like to not accept packages after 4pm even though full service hours are until 5pm. They give bad service intentionally so people won’t go there… they have zero class and are low productivity workers. This why DOGE asking federal workers to resign… because they are lazy incompetent and giving a poor service to the people who pay taxes that pay for their wages and livelihoods… SHAME ON THEM

If you arrive after 4pm, they will not post your international package. They don't want to type the address in their system.

The counter worker Denzel is amazing and a ray of sunshine. Such a positive attitude, friendly, and good singer. All post offices need more positive people like him. Great experience.

Post office closes at 5pm. I got to the post office at 4:54pm and they had already locked the doors. I give them 2 stars for cracking the door to pass me an envelope.

Have gone there multiple times but they're "closed for lunch" every single time. Lunch at 1pm, 3pm, 4pm and whatnot! This place is a total waste of office space and should be demolished and converted to a useful business.
