It's very ironic that a post office as big as this is comically out of stamps!! Especially when at the Nigerian consulate, people are made to pay $20 for stamped express envelopes with tracking. I say they are in cohoots with the consulate. Very disappointing!!! I do not recommend coming here, buy your stamps on your way to the consulate elsewhere or for whatever purpose you need it for.

Feb 1, 2024. 1:03 pm. The Post office at this location is closed for lunch but the hours listed for lunch closure are from 130-230 pm.Will they open 30 minutes earlier than noted due to being closed 30 minutes early?

Literally one of the WORSTEXPERIENCES I have ever had inside of a post office. There were no envelopes and when I asked for one, the worker didn't even look up to respond to me to tell me that none were available, which is hard to believe. This was my 3rd or 4th time coming to the office because earlier this week the office was closed during the business hours. She literally was on her phone the entire interaction and pretty much acted as if I was pestering her while asking the most basic questions. From what I'm seeing i other reviews this is the standard for this post office and it's sad.

Honest a waste of time. I attempted to send some certified mail off through them. 2 weeks later my mail still hasn’t been shipped out. There computer is down most times so they couldn’t even give me an update nor call a neighboring facility to check the status. The balled headed man told me out of his own mouth “we don’t scan in packages coming in from ups” which were lies. Mind you this was both priority and certified mail. I filed a claim over a week ago. I have yet to be called back with an update. USPS is government funded(our tax dollars) and are here to service the people however Georgia has some of the most pathetic post offices. To sum it all up I had to refile a claim today and go through this process all over again

SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE OUR GLORIOUS GUY BACK!!! Such a relief! THIS GUY NEEDS A RAISE! Take care of him and appreciate him! Every other person that worked there while he was gone was so rude!!!!! Everyone else had different rules, random lunch breaks, and were never at the front counter.

It's never open when I go, even when posted hours say it should be. I thought I learned my lesson with the lunch hour but went today and it was closed 15 min earlier than it should have been (1:30-3) and with an hour and a half lunch I really don't think it's too much to stay open until it's time for the break. Such a shame as it's the closest one to me and my son works next door. Now I have to find more time to travel further away just to drop things off.

Post office supposed to be closed for lunch break from 1:30PM-2:30PM, I came here at 1:02PM on Tuesday, office is closed, doors locked, no sign that they took early lunch or that they will be back soon. This is not the first time something like this happens, it is finally the time I made myself give a review.

Avoid this place like the plague. I used to love this post office. The man that worked there was always so happy and positive and said “ Have a glorious day!” With such enthusiasm. I looked forward to making my daily post office run.. Im not sure why they hired that lady that works there. I go in this morning and no one’s at the desk. But I hear music playing and shuffling going on in the back. I stood there for 3 minutes before noticing a bell on the counter. I rang it once. Then twice. Then waited another 10 seconds before calling out “ hello?” Another 10 seconds go by “ hello??” The lady in the back screams out “ HELLO!?! I’ll be with you in a second!!!” As if I was bothering her. Another minute goes by I yell out hello. Still no answer. This whole ordeal went on for about 5-6 minutes until I just walked out of there. With my package that needed to scanned. I wish I could upload videos because I took one saying hello and waiting a minute. I’m about to turn my car on and I see another lady with a package in her hand, so I decided to go in with her and hoped the usps employee would come do her job. I get in there and the customer has been standing there and looks at me and says “ should I ring the bell?” I say yes, she rings it and I proceed to tell her what just happened. How I sat in here for 5 minutes and the lady never came. The USPS employee comes around the corner and is glaring at me The entire walk to the front desk. Then it’s my turn and she tells me she can’t scan the package and give me a receipt. (Mind you I’m an online reseller and do this for a living so I’m at the post office often and never once have I been told the shipping label needs to be created the day that I ship it out. Otherwise I can’t get a receipt. Except her.) it’s 8 PM and this happened at 9:30 AM. The package still hasn’t been scanned. and this is not the first time, that my package has taken a week to get scanned and updated tracking. Avoid this post office like the plague, they need to fire this lady and hire someone else. I have never met someone who so angry with their life. Ever since she started working there, I’ve never seen her smile. Even when I smile at her. I don’t believe she’s capable of working an actual job. She left me up there for 5 minutes because she was busy doing God knows what in the back and listening to music.

Went to ship some prepaid packages at the time the location was stated as open, but it was closed. Returned the next day and they were open but wouldn’t take my packages because they were dated from the day before. Even though I already paid for shipping.

Nobody ever answers the phone . And apparently they only have one person working the front . Which is unprofessional. They need to hire more people .
