Ian and Maxx or Matt the manager was incredibly rude! No great no hello acted as if I wasn’t even there! What kind of establishment! We aren’t in the 50s anymore! For a manager to Demonstrate such an unprofessional position is disgusting.

Back in August 2013 I became one of their customers at Walgreens Trowbridge...Eleven years later, the store is still my favorite Walgreens. The folks in the pharmacy got to know me very well over the years and they are all priceless treasures. The customer service is wonderful. I make regular visits over there especially to print my photos.

Pharmacy driven review- 3 calls...2 hang ups. Medication directions states 1/2 2x a day but the tech doesnt understand why Im asking if they can cut the large pills in 1/2 but advises me- i can cut them at home? No...thats why i asked the pharmacy to cut them- she did not get it or offer too.

My wife and I went on n to get a passport photo taken. Andre, looking already incredibly agitated, took one look and said "you can't wear a white shirt" and walked away from us immediately. I literally had a change of shirt in my car (my shirt wasn't even white). But he didn't bother to ask, or take even 3 seconds of his time to hear a response before walking off. He has a serious attitude problem and shouldn't be carrying that into the workplace to help customers. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a Walgreens and I was only there for 5 mins.

Ryan in photo was so helpful and nice! I tried several other places to get my passport photos. Ryan was quick, efficient and professional. Very positive experience overall! Would recommend to others for passport photos for the entire family.

Very slow in pharmacy. I have been waiting 15 minutes now in drive thru. I have been getting decent service from this pharmacy. However the drive thru is a very slow process

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at the Walgreens Pharmacy, which compelled me to share my thoughts. The overall attitude and behavior of the employees left much to be desired, making what should have been a simple transaction into a frustrating ordeal.
First and foremost, the customer service at the Walgreens Pharmacy was appalling. The employees consistently interrupted me while I was speaking, showing a blatant disregard for what I was trying to communicate. It was disheartening to feel ignored and dismissed during each interaction.
Moreover, the incompetence displayed by the staff regarding my prescription was astounding. After transferring my prescription to the Walgreens Pharmacy, they initially claimed they didn't have it, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience on my part. Only after insisting and persisting and making several phone calls while I was busy at work did they miraculously "find" my prescription, suggesting a lack of organization and attention to detail within the pharmacy.
Overall, my experience at the Walgreens Pharmacy was nothing short of disappointing. The employees exhibited rudeness and indifference, making the simple task of obtaining my medication feel like an uphill battle. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when dealing with something as important as healthcare. I sincerely hope that the Walgreens Pharmacy takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service for future customers. Attempting to fill my prescription here was the worst decision I could have made. I will certainly NEVER bother going to a Walgreens again.

The pharmacy is deplorable! No one who works in the pharmacy is ever respectful, knowing I need my medication they consistently refuse to do anything to get me my medication. The store is a mess they never have anything you need in stock. I'm disabled and I can only get my medication from here. Sometimes I feel like I would rather die then have to go to these a holes and ask for my medication.

I dont know what happened, but as od the last 5 years the staff are some kids with nasty attitudes and they dont have anything in stock. Everytime since i started back on medications a few years ago i am always waiting weeks if it even ever shows up. Currently waiting 2 weeks to refil insulin and im starting to feel extremely sick.

Absolutely love this pharmacy (mainly because of Jasmin). Jasmin is a wonderful employee and the reason I continue to use this location to get my prescriptions. She is personable, extremely helpful/knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service.
