Practically perfect in every way!!
Cannot say enough good things about this place. The service was top notch. From the newest employee to the owner they all had one goal and that was making our stay excellent. Great breakfast every morning, but even better desserts in the evening. We stayed in the Mountainview suite and it was perfect. The views were fantastic. We stayed four nights. We loved it so much. We booked another four-day weekend in February. The grounds were perfectly maintained. We enjoyed the fire pit. There was a gazebo with a hidden Koi pond. Adirondack chairs to sit in to view the mountains, You can tell there’s a lot of love and work going into this place. I recommend bringing a spare pair of old shoes so you can enjoy the grounds in the morning, the dew will get your shoes wet. But worth it to enjoy your morning coffee looking at the mountains. You’re only a short drive to Hellen. I also highly recommend getting a massage. The spa was wonderful.

What a perfect way to celebrate an anniversary! The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful. The views from the inn were spectacular, and we loved the two-course breakfasts and nightly desserts.
Our experience at the spa with Nancy and Tonya was amazing. Their massages and ability to recognize problem areas (like my tendonitis) were brilliant. Don't miss out on a trip to the spa while staying at the inn.
Lots of great wineries in the area to visit (don't skip a trip to Serenity!) and walking/hiking trails.

The experience was incredible—I’ve never stayed at a B&B before and now I understand why they’re so loved. Alex, Carly, and Ms. Lisa took exceptional care of my girlfriend and me. We’re planning to make this an annual trip. The hospitality, views, and food are worth every dollar. And don’t miss out on getting a massage!
If you make dinner or wine tasting plans, be sure to run your itinerary by them, they’ll happily guide you in the right direction.

I have been there twice for my anniversary. I am going back for a third time in September of 2024 for my third time. My wife loves it. She likes the breakfast, the restaurants that near by, and the city. It’s so peaceful

Our second time here because we loved it so much the first time around! The inn is modern yet small so gives it an intimate feel. The laidback landscaping - which includes tons of flowers - wild and otherwise - is magical. The rooms are modern and spacious - bathrooms were spa-like. Customer service is very personable and the breakfasts are YUMMY! Seriously the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The spa is stupendous! Luxurious and very personable therapists - catered to our every need. They really listened to what we needed and liked - and they did it! We especially liked being able to walk down the lane to the spa and going back to the room quickly. View was spectacular and we liked having the big deck with plenty of spaces to sit and watch and read. They have a policy of no kids which was fine with us as it kept it very peaceful. We also liked the nightly desserts! My husband has some walking issues and they catered to his every need. Everyrhing we wanted in a long weekend and we are already planning a trip back in the fall!
Rooms: Modern and comfortable. Bordelon’s luxurious.

This Inn is a special place with special people. It's very nearby to Helen, GA. Its located on top of one of the mountains that are all around that area. It is not difficult to locate with Google Maps (that is how I go to it).
From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly, courteous, polite, accommodating (they made separate cookies for my wife with a nut allergy), and professional. The rooms are fantastic and the views from the rooms and the Inn itself are serene and soothing. The breakfasts we had while there were outstanding. One morning the served us crepes with strawberries and cream and then brought out a quiche (tomato and basil) with sausage patties and a muffin; all delicious.
10/10 will be back. Felt totally rejuvenated after visiting here and it is located by all the attractions you might want to see locally.

We had such a delightful time staying at the in. The food was amazing. We are vegetarians and Crystal made special accommodations that were incredible. It was well beyond just not serving us meat. We noted there were other guests with dietary needs that were all meet with equal grace. The service was also wonderful, Lisa, and I believe her name was Riley made out stay very special. The inn was gorgeous and extremely well maintained. I’m sure we will be coming back soon.

My wife and i just enjoyed a wonderful 4 nights and 5 days at Lucille’s Mountaintop Inn & Spa. It was an early anniversary celebration. The entire staff was so courteous and attentive to our needs. My wife suffers from numerous health issues. So having her go to the various spa treatments offered, i can honestly say she checked in “used”, and came out reNEWed! Add to that, the gourmet breakfast each morning was such a delight. This place is worth every penny, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway with breathtaking views. I want to call out the staff we met and interacted with who were so pleasant and courteous. This included Patsy, Crystal (spelling), Carly, Lisa. There are others who i apologize if i forgot the names. Point is, this is a 5 star place with top notch Southern hospitality. And dont just stay a few days. To fully get the experience, stay 4 or more. With all the sites around, the different meals and spa packages, it is worth it for the longer stay ???
Rooms: We stayed in the Mountain View room, which was gorgeous and very comfortable. It may seem like a small thing, but the water pressure was great and short time to wait for hot water. I know each room has its own character. Will try other next time
Walkability: The grounds around the Inn are very well kept. From the Koi pond to the beautiful gardens, and sitting areas to overlook the mountains, there are many areas to see
