700 Wilmington is the ideal setting for weddings, elopements, bridal and baby showers, holiday parties, outdoor concerts, fundraising events, or corporate events. 700 Wilmington is a historic property completed in 1927, located on 20 acres on the Wilmington River. We host only one event at a time for a personal guest experience.

The wedding was just fabulous with a memorable sunset. The wedding venue staff was most capable and helpful, more so than our own planner! They made sure every detail was attended to. And, of course the picturesque property lends itself to the most stunning wedding photos. ? MOB
