Abseloutly horrible experience, had my order delayed on each delivery date. Got a call from the store saying the driver was there waiting on me after they tried to tell me that they couldn't deliver. I asked that they call me 15 mins before they came because I would be working the whole week. They told me their truck was down & now that I tried to cancel my order they said they could deliver most of my order through their van. Such terrible customer service, do not waste your time. I'm so frustrated that my time was wasted, staff doesn't care & does not try. I was told the driver waited for an hour but i arrived at my property 20 mins after the call. They are so unprofessional & unapologetic, 0/10 would not recommend.

They just really piss me off. I had a delivery set up for 3-7pm, why is it 8:18, the store is closed and I didn’t receive a phone call from nobody. I jumped through hoops to get off 3 hrs early and nobody showed up or even called. I bet if I miss a payment, they’ll call in a heartbeat.

Scheduled a pickup repair for my washer for today, 11-11-23. Had me sit here from 11-5 PM, no call or anything and it is now 4:42 PM. I call them to confirm and they said there’s no one to come get it for repairs and now it’ll be Monday before they get it. No call or anything and the only way I found out was calling myself. So since I’m upset at no working washer, they can have the one star they deserve.

This place is so unprofessional it’s not even funny … went in on a Saturday to get a tv they wasn’t going to be able to deliver until Thursday!!! Thursday came and we have a dog, so the dog was barking so we just told them we had take the TV inside the house and took the TV in the house wasn’t aware that you had to be on the geek squad to be able to set up the TV then the TV was unable to be set up. We use three different kind of batteries, thinking that it was the battery in the remote at the end of the day. Call dad talked to Angel or summer and because we didn’t let the guys in the house because of the dog, we had to wait until first thing in the morning that would’ve been Friday morning Friday morning came and went then we was told OK Saturday Saturday came and went the person. The delivery guy just dropped off a remote still wasn’t able to set up the TV Angel said call Monday that she would have her GM she would have to talk to her GM for us to get a new tv!!! They open up at 10:00am and I gave her until 11:30 I went up there Angel didn’t even remember me and I just said I want my money back!! Thank u Chris the general manager for ur help but I don’t recommend this place!!!

Went in this furniture store to purchase a new living room set was greeted by a very nice young lady upon taking she showed me a fireplace that had a sign said 125 to take home so I told her I'll take it when see tryed ringing it up the manager larenzo yelled at her and told her that price was not supposed to be on there so I asked him would he honor that price he said no and if I had a problem I could just walk out as a manager I don't think you supposed to talk to a customer like that he is very nasty and they need to replace him

This place is horrible! I would not recommend ANYONE to shop with this store! They don't have enough delivery drivers to assure you that you will get any of your things on time. the manager is rude and the regional manager is also unprofessional and very rude. I went over all of there heads and now everyone will know what this company represents.check the better business bureau as well. Stay away from this company and the management!
