Great job with ladies night !!! My wife, mother, and father had a great time. I can not congratulate you enough for a great turn out . Your staff is truly amazing everyday, but the work I saw put in today and the outstanding customer service with that crowd was impressive. Thank you for being a great part of Wilmington Island.

If you are going to Blatantly racially profile your customers. At least have the ability to be good at it. Watching me intensely and sending a store clerk directly to me.. where he's standing less than 2 inches from me and gets right in my face. It was so blatant he didn't even say may I help you? He said what are you looking for? all while holding his radio and taking orders from his masters. The whole experience is pretty outrageous. Pretty gross situation. I totally hate coming to the store. The store has a history of mistreating certain Customers. But I will be putting a word out this time.. how can they improve? The first step would be if they are going to profile people they should learn the types of things that can help identify someone who has criminal intentions versus a customer looking for marine epoxy. Going on colouring alone is an ignorant and ineffective way to cut down on store crime. Mis-perceiving people’s ethnicity is also a problem and there could be legal issues when it comes to the heavy-handed nature of their profiling. I will never visit this store ever again.

I love this Ace Hardware!!!!!! Everyone is always so helpful!!!!! The staff seriously goes above and beyond. I always go in here when I have no idea what I’m doing and the staff here are seriously better than Google. Thank you, Ace!!!!!

I'm just gonna go ahead and say it...we have the best Ace Hardware...best customer service with a clean and stocked store. Lowes and Home Depot should take note...anyone running a retail store should use Islands Ace Hardware as the standard...thank you Islands Ace! You guys rock!!!!

Ace is Definitely the place with the helpful Hardware Folks! Visiting Savannah my sister decided to stop in to see if they had a spray paint she'd been looking for- the gentleman got 4 cans for her lickety split! I thought Ace Hardware was great before but they've raised the bar!! Great Hardware Store and other things to!

This ace hardware is reminiscent of the one in Gray Georgia. Kept neat and tidy and packed with special merchandise. Trust me this is not your Mamas everyday hardware store. Helpful staff and some amazing plants. I could have spent hours just browsing. Check it out folks!!
