Mike was sent out to install the equipment and he was very nice and explained everything very well! Out of every service worker that has been here to help us install things in general at a new house Mike from ADT was by far the best person I’ve met! We are very happy with the service!

My install was from this corporate office. The installer was thorough in explaining everything and ensuring I was in the loop of where placement of cameras and sensors should be.
