We used advanced to pack us up, move from Naples, Florida, store in Hardeeville, SC, and then move us in to our new home in Bluffton, SC. We had some pretty specific items that had to be packed, moved, stored, and set up (grand piano, 6 foot long glass table top, stained glass), and the guys did a great job. We did have a very small amount of damage, which has not been resolved as yet, but feel they will take care of that. We’ve moved several times, and this was one of our best experiences. Thanks to all!!!

These movers get it done! Moving heavy furniture can always be sketchy, especially with stairs and tight corners. With this company you won't have to worry about your stuff at all, or your walls or floors getting damaged. They are very careful, and efficient. Very polite crew as well. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience with our move using this company. From start to finish, each person we worked with was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work hard to make the process seamless! Even the moving crew, doing all the heavy lifting, was so kind and caring! Materials were wrapped and protected well, floors were all covered, boxes provided... the guys even let me vacuum off the dog hair from the bottom of the sectional couch before setting it up in the new house!!! (they offered before I even asked!) We would recommend this company to anyone!!!

We are in the throes of a complicated two-part long-distance move from Texas to Montana. Quite frankly, we were baffled about to how to carry it off. Julie Peters, the director of sales and marketing for Advance Relocation, was invaluable in helping us figure out just what steps to take. She and her colleagues (shout-out to Lauryn Smith!) gave us great advice and patiently answered all our questions. Julie's estimate for the first move was fair and spot-on. Then Advance recruited James McAfee to pick up and drive our first batch of stuff. James is a superstar mover, incredibly careful and conscientious; he did an amazing job! All our things reached their destination in good shape and on time. We're definitely hoping to recruit the same team for our second move as well. Highest praise to Advance Relocation & Storage!

Felt compelled to write a review based on our experience. We have moved MANY times and this is the first time I can say I was very pleased. Our movers took their time and were very gentle and deliberate with the way they handled our belongings. There was not even a scrape on the wall in the stairwell, which usually sees SOME sort of minor damage when moving items down. These items are going into storage for a few years so I cannot comment on the other end of the move yet, but I am confident all of our items will arrive in great shape.

We have relocated 3 times within the last 16 years. This was the worst experience yet. They took items apart that didn’t need to be taken apart. Such as my treadmill and inversion table. We found parts in various boxes with no relation to the items they were packed with. I found miscellaneous tools packed in with my towels. They were a day late showing up because of truck problems, so they tried turn a 2 day pack and load into 1 day. Then they just left without notice! No final walk through. No one came to put things back together. I am disgusted and would never use this company again. Total nightmare! I would have rather packed myself. Probably will if we ever relocate again.

I highly recommend Advance Relocation. Every single person I interacted with during my move was exceptional.Julie, my move coordinator, was so friendly and responsive during the entire move. When my move was delayed, Julie was quick to help me come up with a solution to store my belongings until I ready for them. Lauryn handled the billing and all of the changes quickly and was also a pleasure to work with. All of the gentleman who loaded and unloaded the truck were the best. Each had an amazing work ethic and handled everything with care. It was impressive to see really great team work and I was glad to see Herb and Mark from the load pull up on the truck to unload because I knew they were great. They never once complained even though they were having to work a holiday weekend. Last, Bert, the owner, was so kind and patient working out a time for the delivery during an exceptionally busy moving period. The entire team made this part of my very stressful move easy. I cannot thank them enough.

Starting with the Owner Bert, the experience with Advance Relocation & Storage Systems, Inc. was well beyond expectation.The Advance team worked tirelessly to pack then unpack an eighteen wheeler and were as careful at 9 AM as they were at 3:00 PM working in Beaufort heat and handling large, heavy appliances. We found that Advance knew the manufacturer’s requirements for moving a Sub Zero, Viking and other high end appliances.Jerry, Armone’ and Little Timmy were kind, professional, careful, respectful and KNOWLEDGABLE. Above all they understood the stress involved in moving and intuitively and proactively made every attempt to make our experience go smoothly.Not ONE item was damaged and we only consider this Company for any future moves.

I wholly do not recommend this company. We trusted to them move all of our furniture and belongings from Savannah to Skidaway Isl. it took a couple trips. Somehow after the move we were missing about $25,000 worth of furniture, tools, electronics, jewelry etc. Owner was of no help at all and did not even seem to care or be surprised. My advise when moving in general for all a to hire an off duty police officer to accompany the movers at all times. Even while in transport.

Advance Relocation & Storage expertly stored my household goods for many years in both their Savannah and now their South Carolina locations. They just shipped them to me in the Washington, DC, area; my possessions arrived on time, in great shape, and were handled by a professional, prompt, and careful team. I highly recommend the Advance team!

I've used Advance for multiple moves: home, business, small moves, larger moves, with packing and unpacking, and shipping large items out of state. The team at the office is professional and responsive. The moving crews are nice, professional, prompt, and they really know how to move large (and small) items. 1000 stars!!!
