My doctor sent a referral over to these people and they tried to charge me a $46.50 up-charge for a rollator walker that my insurance pays for 100%. They never would send the claim to my insurance company. They wanted me to pay first and then send the claim for my insurance to pay. They were trying to get paid twice. BIG SCAMMERS!!!!!

Customer Service from this company sucks. They rarely answer the phone and sometimes don't return your calls. I have called and left messages 3 times in the past week and no response!

Rudest people i have had to deal with. Called twice now to get my CPAP supplies. The lady that answers the phone scolds me telling me what she wants from my doctor even though they don't need it. Even my doctor office seems to not understand what is going on with them. Alliance says they have requested notes but doctor has received no such request. Both times i have called i got extremely rude people.

YES, I meant to give a zero star rating! Worst customer service ever. They must have exceeded the DOL quota on lazy ineffective employees and received a few spares. Orders are not processed in a timely manner. They never have sufficient medical supplies in stocks. Most items can be found cheaper elsewhere. All US Government programs should conduct site visit and drop this vendor from their authorized vendor list.

I am on vacation in Savannah, Georgia. I accidentally left my CPAP headgear at home. I normally get my equipment mailed to me through Apria. The Apria in Savannah doesn't stock the CPAP supplies that I needed. They recommended Alliance Home Medical supply. A very nice woman helped me. She was able to look at me and tell me what size would fit me best. Instead of charging me, she gave me a sample that she had in stock. That was so kind and generous of her. I wish I would have gotten her name. What an asset to the store. She was wearing a mask and was so pleasant.

I have been calling for weeks to get an over night sleep monitor but they never have any available. I have even drop into the office here in Savannah Ga. and never have one . It's been over 6 months and I can see the doctor until I have this over night sleep study done. What am I supposed to do? I guest I will call the Vidalia Store to over night me one. This makes no sense. The store charged them a fee if they keep them more than 48 hours people would turn the monitors back in a timely matter.

The absolute WORST! Pumonologist placed an order for daytime oxygen and 2 weeks later, this provider is still "working on the order"??? allegedly to get approval from my insurance (Medicare). I have a chronic pulmonary disease (already receiving overnight oxygen) and tests indicated a CLEAR need for supplemental oxygen during the day (I become winded after walking up one flight of stairs or across a small parking lot.) When I called, staff unapologetically placed me on hold, then when transferred to the person "working on my problem", I was told she would have to call me back in "5 minutes". That did not happen of course. Apparently the medical community assumes that patients are all a bunch of feeble-minded couch potatoes who have nothing better to do than sit by their phone, waiting for a medical office to call them back on any and every concern they may have.

Sarah has got to be the rudest person I have ever experienced in this field. I see she has a lot of bad reviews. I suggest they give her remedial training on how to talk to people or she find another job. She is giving me the run around about trying to receive my nebulizer and down talked my dr because he wrote it as a "drug prescription" and not "equipment prescription" I'm just the messenger and don't know how prescriptions should be written so for her to tell me this and in the manner she said was uncalled for. I will never refer anyone here and will be going above her to talk to her boss because this is uncalled for.

I did not like the tone of voice of the woman who answered the phone. Then I went out and saw a review of a black woman who opted out of purchasing from this store and two and tow made four. I shopped elsewhere and found a price a third of what she quoted.

If there was a zero rating, I would pick it. Four weeks ago I ordered supplies for my husbands c-pap. After 2 weeks and no supplies, I called. The supplies had not been ordered. The manager blamed the Dr's office. said she would get in touch with dr and call me back. Waited another week and heard nothing. Manager, still blamed dr office, but had never contacted me. Called again today and supplies still had not been ordered and I had never been contacted by Alliance, not once in 4 weeks. She told me that the mask had been recalled and my husband needed to come in for a fitting. Alliance had never bothered to let me know. It took 4 weeks for me to find this out after numerous phone calls? Margie G.

Very unprofessional, my Dr ordered for me to get a oximetry test. I picked up the test and returned it the next morning. I get a call saying the test did not take, and can I pick up the equipment again and repeat. The next day their equipment delivery person brought it to me, I too the test that night and returned it the next morning only to find out they couldn't locate the equipment I returned.
