The American Legion is a friendly and affordable place with a great vibe, often compared to "Cheers." It offers excellent service from staff like Becca, Angie, and Sara, who are professional and welcoming. The bar serves great, inexpensive drinks and has good food, making it a popular spot to unwind after exploring nearby Forsyth Park. Many visitors enjoy meeting new people and find the atmosphere warm and inviting. However, the building lacks wheelchair accessibility because there is no elevator to the second floor, which is a downside. Overall, it is a nice place to visit for good drinks, friendly service, and a relaxed environment.

Great bar to stop in for a drink! Only complaint is they do not open until 4:00 on Saturday.

We had such a Wonderful time at the American legion! It was very affordable and the customer service by Becca was top notch!! Will definitely be returning on my trips to Savannah!
