I went in at 1 pm. The representative said she will see you in a few minutes. I'm waiting and the OD walks out and I asked the representative was she going to lunch. She said yes, but why didn't she explain that to me. Instead she sat there expecting me to wait until the OD returned. I placed my choice of glasses on the counter and walked out. Some of these young people who are hired need to understand customer service. ?

First part was a good experience checking in and seeing the Dr. the reason for the visit was I waited about a month for my glasses to come in and when received it was wrong. So we made appt to double check the prescription. It turns out the lab made a few mistakes on the glasses. So I did the revisit. The Dr. figured out what was wrong and took the glasses up front so I can check out. He gave them to the older heavyset woman and explained wha happened. I was the only one in the back to check out at the time. After 45minutes of waiting the woman he gave the glasses to took 2 customers who came in after me. When I asked if I can just go she said she needed to make measurements. I then said I was before the two people she took and she knew that because the dr gave her my glasses. Seen a few complaints about her on this list and I can definitely see why.Just go elsewhere to a place that appreciates your business.

This is the worst experience I have had. First we didn’t get acknowledged when we came in. Then when we did, the man just asked my name and didn’t offer anymore questions. Like I had a name change and insurance. Didn’t ask if I have been there before which I have they just created a new account and then the optometrist had to find me to see my past exams. Then after the eye exam it was horrible. The wait was ridiculous. If they don’t have the staff then don’t open so many appointment options. Lastly, I came for contacts and didn’t walk out with any, not even a trial pair. Those should be kept in stock for patients. I came here for years with Sr. Fleetwood and always had a great experience.

Starting off, the customer service was uninviting. But what really bought me to this review is, I made an appointment for 12:40pm. I arrived at 12:46pm. When I arrived I was told that I was late and“everyone” had went to lunch. I was immediately accountable that I was running behind, however I asked was there a grace period. Most doctors office offer a grace period. How could everyone be on lunch from me being 6 minutes late? I was not happy and the receptionist wasn’t empathetic or accommodating. I did not appreciate the unprofessional. I have been a customer of Americas Best for many years. This is the ONLY place I’ve ever came to for my glasses and now I’m disappointed and looking to take my business elsewhere.

Melissa and front end staff was very professional , Dr Patel was very nice and detailed I was able to get in and out and Melissa also help me to make a choice on some glasses, I highly recommend going here

Shann was amazing! My insurance was not easy to locate, due to my own fault; she remained positive and helpful. We managed to get everything settled and will remain a happy customer.Always relatively quick and easy for appointments and the selection for frames is abundant.
