“I've been living here for about four years now.And it is without question, the best apartment complex i've been in and know of in the area. Fantastic office staff. The most important thing to me is maintenance equests, and they get them done same day or two days, max. Really stress free and a great location.”
“Great place, amazing view. The apartments are super clean and the building as well. If i could have one issue it would only be that the wifi is not included. Other than that totally worth the money. Also the manager of this place, Mrs. Esther, is amazing. She really cares if you have any issues. Super helpful and friendly. I’ve had bad experiences with apartment managers in the past so I’m really pleased to live somewhere with this type of management. Highly recommend!”
“The train is unbelievably loud...though it basically goes through the building so it's not a surprise. The renovations are beautiful, the rooms are dry, and theres a lot of space.”

Also The Maintenance Member named Tiff is AWESOME too. Always Expedient when I need some work done. No Hasssle, No Issue. Job is done when she says it will be done. If not gives the heads up an also offers ways to accommodate you.”
“It is with sad news that we are leaving Capital Crest. I have absolutely LOVE living here for the past year!! I recommend this place over any place in Pooler!! I came here for work and have enjoyed the apartment, neighbors, pool and dog park for Bentley! But most of all the Megan, Mel & Victoria. I felt like family when ever I walked into their office with Bentley ( who loved the dog treats) as they seemed to have anticipated my needs and offered exceptional service! I wanted to express my gratitude to all the staff, including Anthony-Maintence supervisor!! I never once considered moving from here until job change occurred. Thank you so much for your exceptional service from front desk to maintenance! I couldn't have been happier and wish the management team the best! Sincerely Michelle”
“Atlantic Freight provided White Glove delivery service. Appointment was set up in advance via a phone call (sooner than expected, per the store). They came when expected, called 30 minutes out, as they were supposed to, and delivered, put together furniture, and removed packing, as expected. Both men were professional & pleasant.”
“Savan Pointe had Mr. Richard Dimaggio come out to fix water issues I had in my home, came in with great energy & knowledge on how to resolve the problem & got things done in a timely fashion!”
“Tour Experience: made reservations online. Was able to tour early. Sadly 1b 1ba tour was unavailable but we got to see a 2b instead just to get a feel of the apartment. Mercedes was welcoming and knowledgeable on everything. She did great on the tour with the clubhouse as well. We were already sold on getting the place. She explained the application process as well. I really appreciate how the staff puts in Social Events for their residents, I saw they had Valentines snacks for them.”
“Office is ok but their maintenance is great ! Especially the younger guy Jayden he’s super friendly and has my work orders done fast plus there done right on the first try that’s hard to find in these type of community’s these days.”
“Ms Arielle and Mrs Jessica, the ladies in the office are wonderful. They always have a great attitude every day I see them. I see the maintenance men working hard they good people’s. The pool is phenomenal with the grill area. I love the location! Right next to hunter, close to the va, savanna tech, both malls, and so many places to eat!”
