New ownership seems to take great pride in the property, and has actually renovated the gym, resurfacing the pool, and has started offering renovated apartments!The office staff is top notch! Everyone greets you with a smile and answers any questions I may have. Very knowledgeable!!!Have also met SO many great people while being here. Absolutely happy to call this place my home.”

The pool is phenomenal with the grill area. I love the location! Right next to hunter, close to the va, savanna tech, both malls, and so many places to eat!”

“It is with sad news that we are leaving Capital Crest. I have absolutely LOVE living here for the past year!! I recommend this place over any place in Pooler!! I came here for work and have enjoyed the apartment, neighbors, pool and dog park for Bentley! But most of all the Megan, Mel & Victoria. I felt like family when ever I walked into their office with Bentley ( who loved the dog treats) as they seemed to have anticipated my needs and offered exceptional service! I wanted to express my gratitude to all the staff, including Anthony-Maintence supervisor!! I never once considered moving from here until job change occurred. Thank you so much for your exceptional service from front desk to maintenance! I couldn't have been happier and wish the management team the best! Sincerely Michelle”

“I could have sworn I already wrote a review but I guess not! We came from out of state a few months ago which meant we were unable to view in person but from the time we applied, up until we got here everything went so smooth and exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks to Tammy she was always availble to answer any questions or concerns. Very good sized apartments, beautiful property, people complaining about parking saying they have to park several buildings away doesnt make sence to me?? Even when theres no parking directly in front of my building theres usually a spot close to the back enterance of the building. Yes the later you get home the harder it is to find a spot but we have never had to park several buildings away. The furthest away for us has been the next building over.We love waverly and have had no issues so far!!!”

“This review is regarding the communication and follow-up of Mikayla M. at Walden at Chatham Center.I'm am relocating across country, and I have a LOT of questions. Mikayla was very thorough, and patient. This is not something I find very often and 2023 customer service standards, especially with apartment leasing agents. Maybe it's that southern charm I hear so much about? Noice!Although, I ultimately ended up relocating to a completely different city in Georgia, after extensive research this property WAS my first choice in Savannah.The units are cute (well laid out) - they would have been very suitable for my work from home lifestyle. More importantly, the leasing agent I was working with was five stars!#factsI highly recommend, if you're relocating to Savannah, to check out Walden at Chatham Center. There are online walkthroughs on most rental website making it easy for you to select the unit size you want.The rent prices are competitive, and you will get the service you need. If I had ended up in Savannah Georgia, I have no doubt that my transition from the west coast to the east coast would have been easy peasy working with Mikayla.”

They people throw eggs ? in front door , I send them email not reaction.Maintenance use to be great, not no more.In January I start talking them by my power problemIt is take two months to slove itReally sad ?”

“The Maintenance Crew did an excellent job of getting our furnace repaired quickly. Jason and Brandon you Rock! Being without heat at 3am Sunday morning was quite a shock. Brandon came out and brought a temporary heater. Jason was here as promised first thing this morning and he promised we would have heat by this evening.We appreciate how hard he worked to get the repairs done.”
