Lived here for a few years and watched it slowly crumble from the complex itself down to management. Can't recommend this place anymore. Look elsewhere as this place is overpriced and needing a refresh all throughout. It was good in the past.

Great place! Walden apartments are clean and well maintained. Maintenance is responsive. The Walden at Chatham center is located in safe gated neighborhood. If you keep your apartment clean and furnish it well they can be a beautiful place to live.
