First new patient visit 03/26/24. From the call center to book appt (appt made following day) to the X-ray tech, the hygienist, the Dr. and the office mgr., I had a positive experience. As nervous as I was, I felt comfortable with each one of them. They were patient and kind. A treatment plan was laid out for me and explained very well.So far, very good. As the treatment plan progresses I will continue to review. I will be having deep cleaning, extractions, crowns and a partial. Thank you!

Great service, everyone I met was very nice, polite & friendly! I will refer them to everyone! The first time I went, was for a free exam and x-ray, everyone was super nice, very fast and easy, my concerns were addressed, and I felt rest, assured and put At ease. My second appointment was just yesterday, root canal, and I was terrified! I have had passed dental, trauma and pain, but I expressed that to the staff and the Dentist, and everyone was super nice and polite, and made me very comfortable! I felt little or no pain, and it was over so quickly I could not believe it! My root canal was done and over with within 45 minutes! The very best service ever! Thank you so so so much! I will be back for all the other dental work I need!

The staff is really nice and attentive once you’re in the building. I was greeted with a smile with every introduction. The initial wait to be seen was fairly short. They explained every procedure and did so very efficiently. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that they do not always answer the phone and I’ve had to call multiple times to get ahold of someone. I will be returning.

Every single person from the front office woman, the office manager, X-ray tech, the dental hygienist, the dental assistant ad the doc -- Unbelievably nice! Seriously. They worked me in as a walk-in and Dr. Schiminow did his thing getting that tooth out! Honestly wish I could have gotten all their names so I could shout them out one by one.. but I will next go round! Muchos thank yous!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! .This place is the worse dental office! Do not go here! There billing department is the worse and their claims team is even worse. They do not submit claims on time with proper documentation for the insurance company to pay. Then they will charge you on your next visit before you are seen because the insurance hasn't paid yet due to their terrible claims handling team. We have a claim that is over a year old and still trying to get process because the claims team has mishandled it several times. DO NOT GO HERE!Trying to call this place to get it handled is also terrible! Literally 1 hour wait times. My insurance has also tried to call directly but they have a limit on the time they can wait on hold so they never make it through to a rep.SHAME

They have been extremely knowledgeable and polite through all of this. I feel if dentists and hygienists had treated me as nicely as these have, I would have had a much different story about my teeth.

First visit to this office.Looking for a new dentist, only one in my plan where I didn’t have to wait over a month. very nice people, from reception to exam room. very thorough in their work. Told me everything going on.Very happy I found this place.

Aspen Dental is a very good place to go to when having dental emergencies and anxieties. I am usually very afraid to go to the dentist but this dental office was so kind and welcoming to me. Every worker in this establishment was caring and helpful to me. They do not make you wait for a long time. They answered all questions throughly and comforted me when feeling uneasy about certain issues. Definitely go here.

I have been to several dentists in my lifetime and have never been so impressed during an initial visit.While driving and feeling lost, the friendly and patient receptionist answered the phone and stayed with me on the line until I arrived at their location.Shortly after arriving, I was greeted by Doctor David, my new dentist. He was very friendly and easygoing, and we had a great conversation, making it difficult to leave his company. Even though I had come in to replace a crown, he did not criticize my current dental work, nor did he pressure me to get additional services. The staff was very professional and kind from start to finish, especially when explaining the financial aspects of my insurance, and still never pressured me about having the work done. Instead the office manager told me I can let them know when I’m ready.Overall, I had a great experience with Dr.David and Aspen Dental and would recommend this office to others, in a heartbeat.No need to price shop because I did and their rates were also extremely reasonable and competitive.The gals in the photo are just as friendly as they appear.
