The worst customer service. I guess I interrupted his watching the golf game. It wasnt his fault that the customer service department told me they had the phone I wanted in stock,but a true sales person would have at least offered to show me something comparable. Snarky attitude the entire time.

This location is trash. I would give it zero stars if I could. Went in to upgrade my moms phone and figure out why my parents bill was so high. At first he told me the trade in value of her phone was only $300... then he bumped it to $800 like he was doing us a favor... he then back tracked on the $800 and said that only applies to the newest iPhone after my mom said she wanted the mini or the iPhone 12. So okay fine, I then told him I would pay for whatever phone she wanted outright and he completely flipped the switched. First he said that was fine, then he went into trying to get me to put the phone on the bill which I declined because I just wanted to buy her the phone outright with no impact to the bill. I even told him I would pay off the remaining balance of her current phone and then purchase the new phone but he didn't want that either since she wouldn't be trading in the her current phone at that point. After stumbling all over his words trying to retract all the things he had just offered he finally said that unless I was going to put the phone on the bill he was not able to help me because buying a phone outright was "not possible" in that location. Very sketchy and made no sense. When I challenged him and asked for explanation there was none. Again it was very clear that he wanted to reap whatever benefit he gets from billing things to the account and doing trade ins. We left and won't be back.
