We worked with a gentleman (I think his nickname was Trey, his name definitely started with a T) and he was so very kind and helpful. He was very calm when there were many people in the store. He was helpful while trying to get to everyone. Getting a new phone is a long process and so having a kind and patient associate was a nice experience. Nice store, much better than the one off 278.

Shyteria was very great yesterday. She knew what to do and if she didn't she knew who to call to get the correct answer. So definitely recommend stopping by this location if you are with AT&T or planning on switching to them.

I signed up for internet at this store a little more that a month ago, the young man working there helped me to set it up and made sure I got the best deal. I used to have Comcast business and paid more than twice as AT&T is charging me now. The internet is great, the price is also great! I pay less than $70 a month and I’m absolutely grateful for the young man who helped me to set up the service.

I stopped in to get a phone for an exchange student that we're hosting for the coming year, and I could not have asked for a smoother, more friendly buying experience. The agent we worked with (DJ) had a ready answer for every question, a clear handle on every product and plan, and went out of his way to suggest more affordable options for us. He even helped us to get the new phone up and running, since neither I nor my foster student were familiar with iPhone set-up. Outstanding service!

Had to trade in my broken phone, and i'm on a family plan.So I didn't know the code. The people that worked there were more than happy to help me by lending me their phone so I can call my sibling. I'm so grateful for them❤️

I went in to have my phone plan changed and my iPhone was eligible for an upgrade. Mike F. Was very professional and very good at multitasking. I had two people in front of me and he was already helping two other young ladies, I was in and out with all the others he was helping in less than 45 minutes. He ran the store exceptionally well considering he was by himself. He was very nice and accommodating to myself and the other customers!! Go see Mike F.

Worst experience ever purchasing a new phone! Horrid customer service! I paid for it, then I indicated that I was not confident setting it up…every time I’ve gotten a new phone the store staff wherever I am has always set it up. Not here! She said I can just follow directions at home and tossed in the bag. See ya! So, I went to AT&T on Mall Blvd and they were wonderful! Set it up, showed me new details about the new phone and A LOT MORE! And I purchased phone accessories Victory store failed to even suggest. How are they still open is the question.

DJ and Mell were absolutely amazing at the AT&T Store (Victory Drive, Savannah, GA). They not only figured out the least expensive way to get a new phone (lost it in a Lyft) they showed me how to use the backup information on my laptop to find it should it ever happen again. I spent over an hour there updating passwords and adding protections with their help. I very much appreciate both of them. They were very friendly and helpful.
