The rep was kind at first and sold me for sure, service did not work well, I was lied to about the plan I went with, I was not followed up with, the switch to apple from google was a headache and there was no real guidance going through that (and I'm not talking about the basics, I'm not new to technology). I'm talking about getting everything switched over safely and all security features disabled properly. The customer service was A+ till I paid the device taxes (Which they won't give me back now, I have called and they refuse to authenicate my account with out a fan pin I don't even recall creating or know even what that is) On top of that I was locked out of my Google Account due to a glitch with devices and 2factor authentication. I got back in eventually, but it was hell dealing with Google CS. All in all, the service is the same as Google Fi, goes in and out during congestion hours and everything else, ATT is just more expensive. Visible is running a promotion and I hate Verizon but $35 a month is something you can't beat. Kind of sad Single line accounts are still running people $90-$125. At the end of the day these reps are just not trained properly. They are unaware of privacy law changes, and disabling security features on old devices before switching. It's unfortunate but it is what it is. I think we are entering an era where people will have less issues if they just do everything themselves and not go through a rep at all. That's what I did with visible and everything is fine. The 1 star is just for cell phone companies in general. ATT is the same.

2/23/25 update...
They advertise close at 8PM on Saturday but when I went by this evening and was there at 7:30 PM, and they gave me a gesture of their finger sliding by their throat. Me and another lady were trying to get in and the doors were locked. Employees inside sitting and standing around talking to rach other. I'm highly upset considering I rushed from work and needed a SIM card, a quick in and out but instead I have to be without a phone, service and pray I don't need to call anyone for help. This is the rudest store and worst customer service. I like the actual phone service but not the customer service. The service from this local store lacks employees who want to work. If your hours are stated on website you should stick by it. Believe me going there to that hateful and toxic environment, after working a 12 hour shift, was the last thing I wanted. Find another store and stay away from this location. Don't give a bunch of ungrateful people your hard earned money.
Not sure how to rate or what to say about this store. The attitudes change like the weather.

If you have service issues, don't bother coming here. They just shrug their shoulders and tell you to call customer service. They wouldn't even pull up my account or humor me with helping.

I just phoned this branch and encountered a very impolite woman who answered. Rather than assisting, she kept insisting that I hang up. We have business with ATT which involving a large number of lines, and I'm concerned about how they would treat customers with just one line.

PSA: If you live in Savannah and surrounding areas, please do not waste your time by going to other AT&T locations (no offense). This is a corporate location and Justin Reid is your man. Justin is super professional and there is nothing that he doesn’t know how to do. He is the reason we are staying with AT&T. We came in with a super complicated order, Justin crushed it and got everything done, upgraded and switched over.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. They were very quick to help me and were attentive and informative about the whole process. I could not have ask for better. I Will definitely go to the Mall BLVD store for any ATT needs! The team working g last night deserve recognition for their teamwork and attention to detail.
