I went into this store a little while ago, the representative would not even open my account to help me instead telling me to call to add my new tablet line. Would not even sell me a SIM card.

Skylaur was awesome! Didn’t wait long at all for help! He is very knowledgeable and super friendly! His care and interaction is the reason why we love AT&T. He stayed past his time to help my fiancé transfer over !
What’s even more awesome is he’s very relatable (loves gaming and anime like us!) He made us feel comfortable. Man deserves a raise!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I strongly advise against visiting this particular store as the owner and/or managers do not stand behind their deceitful employees or the products or services they sell. I have been a customer of AT&T for eight years and have consistently been satisfied with their reliable service, which is the best in the area. However, I visited this store last year to upgrade my phone and take advantage of a holiday promotion that offered $800 off in credits for a new device over a three-year payment term. My intention was to simply upgrade my phone and take advantage of the promotion.
The first major issue arose when I never received a box to send in my trade-in phone. I attempted to be understanding, considering that shipping companies often lose items. Therefore, I returned to the store to hand in my trade-in or request a new box. However, when I confronted them about the mishap a month later, they claimed that they could not assist me because it was “too late.” The (I assume was the manager) even admitted that the employee who handled my order had been reprimanded and subsequently transferred to a new location in Richmond Hill.
This raised a red flag for me, so I logged into my account to investigate further. To my surprise, I discovered that the employee had enrolled me in the AT&T NextUp program without my verbal consent and there was nothing indicating I had a phone to trade-in. The NextUp program was not a requirement for this promotion.
What is particularly concerning is that I had read the contract before signing and it did not contain this information. My theory is that between reading the contract on the tablet and me verbally agreeing to the terms I accepted, then passing the tablet back the employee deceptively added the NextUp program to the contract and removed my trade-in, scrolled past it, and then passed me the tablet back with the signature area on screen for the physical signature to capture my authorization...(Did YoU reAD tHe CoNTraCT?) YEAH I DID, 3 times before I passed it back) NO ONE EXPECTS THESE PEOPLE TO PULL A FAST ONE.
Karma is real, I have reported this location to corporate for license review concerning these deceptive practices.
