I was time constrained and wanted to get my insurance done asap so that I could drive my car with me from the dealership, and she provided an amazing service experience throughout the process. She actually stayed beyond her work hours on a Saturday in order to make sure I have the process completed the same day.
It was my first car and I had no idea about the different coverage options to choose from and she stayed with me on the phone for 2 hours and explained everything in detail and ensured that I completely understood the stuff and was making an educated decision when choosing my plan.
