After a frustrating experience at the Ford dealership, Auto intensive care helped find the issue of why one of my tires continued to leak air. They were professional, fast with their service, and understanding. Kim was very helpful and communicative with the timeline and parts needed for my car. Would highly recommend taking your car here.

First, they were able to get us in quickly. Second, they were professional, they didn't try to upsale the job. Third, they completely explained the repair and costs. Finally the repairs made were completed perfectly. We all know the fears we have taking our cars to be repaired, Auto Intensive Care quickly removed those from me. I have a 1976 corvette. I wanted some work done but my regular mechanics wouldn’t touch it. I received a flyer from Auto Intensive Care saying they fix anything. They do. Initially there was a little problem with the timing, they said bring it back. I picked the car up today and it runs better than it has since I bought it. Mike the owner is a very fair and reasonable guy. Mike and the mechanics did an awesome job. Auto Intensive Care is the only place I’ll take my vehicles to from now on.Update 11-7-23Again I needed the service’s of AIC. This time it was for both my wife’s car, 2004 Honda Accord and my 76 Corvette. My wife’s car was running badly and needed valve cover and motor gaskets. They took care of her car and she’s very happy with the work that was done.Lucille, my stingray had the breaks completely replaced, master cylinder, calipers, rotors and pads. The car will stop on a dime without making a sound. If you know anything about corvettes then you may know about the problem with the hidden headlights. After time they don’t work as good. Meaning that one headlight worked ok, the other not so ok. They replaced the original actuators and installed electric motor’s. Absolutely phenomenal work.And the staff, they are amazing. Tried to charge me $1,300 for an oil change, spark plug and ignition coils. Had to threaten to take them to small claims court and asked where the record of my authorizing that scope of work was since the promise of no unauthorized work was part of all of their material. They didn't have the record but told me they hadn't really needed to change the ignition coils and PUT BACK my old ones. So an oil change and spark plugs cost me $290. Incredibly horrible.Services: Vehicle Inspection

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. I was in Savannah on a vacation when my car wouldn’t start. They got me in the next day to diagnose the car ( luckily just a fluke, nothing was wrong). They were very kind and didn’t charge me anything for looking at it. Definitely a trustworthy business with a very clean office space.

Standout service that goes above and beyond. Brought my truck in for an alignment and it turns out my lower control arm was frozen. I brought in a 2002 Toyota that needed extensive maintenance work along with fixing items such as broken door handles, worn out engine mounts, tires etc. They kept me informed every step of the way and I am very happy with the quality of the work performed. Highly recommend!

On 2 separate occasions I had 2 work trucks break down. When I called Auto Intensive they had a tow truck to me within 30-45 min and a diagnosis of what was wrong within 1 day. They understood that those trucks were my livelihood and did the job quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road. Brandy and the front office staff go above and beyond with customer service. They made a stressful situation much better by explaining everything thoroughly and answering all of my mechanical questions. 5 stars!

Something wasn't right with my truck. I had used Auto Intensive Care for a previous vehicle so called them again. Given my concern about driving the vehicle, Kim, was very helpful and was able to work me in the very next morning. Good company with helpful and reliable people.

After being put off for months, when trying to have my truck's engine repaired, by two well known auto repair facilities in Savannah, I found Auto Intensive Care. While it did take several weeks to complete the repairs, for which I was advised, the situation was handled professionally andwith skill. They live up to their statement "We fix everything!"
