A man’s word means nothing here. I contacted them on Monday about a car I saw on line, and that I wanted to buy it, and told them I was come up there Wednesday morning to pick it up. Well, the salesman sent me a text Tuesday night saying that “someone else has put a deposit down and now they have first rights to the vehicle”. Did not call me or text me or anything to give me any kind of opportunity to do anything. I would have went and picked it up ASAP! They just wrote me off and sold it right out from underneath me. I’m sure it was a good ol boy deal. People don’t do that. At least I thought they didn’t.
Went to speak to the boss about it first thing the next morning (Wednesday),with the cash for the vehicle. Then he,(Joe), who is the very unprofessional and argumentative owner, didn’t even try to provide an explanation, options or smooth it out or anything. I told him I retired from the Army 5 years ago and I have been looking and waiting in this vehicle, in which he said “I don’t care, that’s a 10 thousand dollar vehicle, I sell 100 thousand dollar Ferrari’s”! Definitely all about the money and just as arrogant as they come. That statement told me a lot about his character,morals and values and how their business operates. so I decided to leave.
As I am pulling out of the parking lot, he (Joe) quickly comes out the door and to my passenger window, saying “the salesman said you told him not to call you”! It was like he was trying to make excuses to make it see like it was my fault, or to justify his behavior. If he would have just looked at the conversation between his salesman and me, he would have understood why I was upset. I told them I was coming to pick up the vehicle! I mean, what customer that wants something from you says “don’t contact me”?

It very rare this day and age to get the customer service that I recieved over the past 48hrs. This company had some wheels for sale that I inquired about. After speaking to Coby on numerous occasions, man on man this guy was professional, curtious, and very educated about the product. I just want whom ever to know that it was a breath of fresh air to finally get great service. Once again thanks Mr. Coby for your superior professionalism. I

Was referred by my boss as I was looking for an inexpensive vehicle for work. Even though high end collector cars are their main focus,they have many affordable vehicles in various price ranges. It was quickest and smoothest car purchase ever and I was helped by the company owner himself. Very professional and friendly. Not the usual big dealership run around and haggling over prices and unnecessary wasted time. Would recommend this business to others! Thanks, Mr. Fraizer for a nice experience.
