The staff were helpful & friendly with scheduling & updating me on the status of my vehicle. I would have given five stars; however, there were two issues. The first issue was the long wait checking out. The second issue was the water sprayed on my vehicle to find a leak was not wiped off. Dried water spots were everywhere. I disliked the water spots more than the extended wait checking out. The vehicle was not brought in with water spots; therefore, I should not have left with any water spots on a black vehicle.

Jae and the other service technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and professional when I took my Jeep in to be fixed. Jae constantly kept me updated on the status of my car. Her great demeanor is why I'll be going back to Southern Motors Savannah.

This was for a recall on my truck. No issues making appointment, but I did not get a confirmation call or email. No issues checking in - the woman I spoke with was very nice. I received a text from someone named Emily, saying that I could contact her with any questions. I texted back asking how long the repair would take - no response. I texted again after 2.5 hours to see how things were going - no response.
I called 30 minutes after that to check on my truck and was asked who my repair tech was. I didn’t get her name when checking in, so I couldn’t tell them. I was transferred over to someone else who asked the same question. I said thatI guessed it was Emily since I’d gotten a text from her, and was told she wasn’t working that day. That explains why she wasn’t responding to my texts. When I said if it wasn’t Emily, I didn’t know who it was, I was then asked “Was it (blank)? Was it (blank)?” After a few minutes of this, I was finally asked for my phone number and the person was able to look up my truck and give me the tech’s name - Lori (hope I spelled it correctly). She also told me the truck was ready and I could get it at any time.
So, TLDR: Overall experience good, but some communications could be improved upon.
