Price was marked on shelf four places. Price rung up about 30% higher. Two managers refused to sell for the price marked on the shelf. I did not purchase and won’t be back.

Came there 10 minutes before they closed still ringing people out would not let me purchase a part for a truck broke down on the side of the road he was too damn lazy to do anything July 26th the guy working there's an absolute jerk I guess that's what you get when you hire crackheads I've been going to this autozone over 6 years and this is how I get treated yes I'll find another auto parts store

You'll get told they don't have a part on hand if it's the slightest inconvenience for the employees. It's not all of it, it's primarily the female with the mask on. I'll get told by one store that they have multiple in stock just to get turned away within seconds. I really despise going to this particular store, it hot garbage.

Incredibly rude staff who would rather talk to each other than help. My husband asked for help by saying excuse me, and she says “can’t you see I’m talking here” (she was talking to another employee) ….even the people in line spoke up about how rude she was. Rude!!!! I’m pretty sure it was the manager too which is the worst part!

Yesterday I had one the worst customer service experiences in my life. I went in the store with the intention to purchase a few items and left feeling disrespected and fustrated. I typically only leave a review if it's positive. However after debating wether or not to address the situation. I came to the conclusion that if I say nothing then I'm Co signing bad behavior. It started yesterday afternoon. I was helping my friend with his tv mount. He broke a couple bolts so I suggested we go to autozone to purchase an extractor tool and some new bolts. I walk in the store and I'm immediately greeted by one of the members of mgmt. He was really polite and right after that a young man at the counter started helping me. I explained my situation to him and asked him if I could use one of his carts to wheel my item in the tool aisle and find the right tool. He suggested a basket and I told him it wouldn't work. He said he would check in the back for a cart but he couldn't make any promises. Another member of mgmt came from around the corner holding a rf scanner and said he can't hold a cart. It would be too much trouble and I would have to make do. In my mind I was thinking this lady is a little to aggressive and borderline rude. I just kept it moving and then I asked the young man can I just leave it on the counter for a moment and he said it was fine. She came back around the counter and said loudly you brought a tv in the store? Mind you this was a small 26 or 28 inch tv. I explained the situation and she raised her voice and said why is that on the counter. I said ma'am the other two gentlemen were helping me and if it was a problem I would remove it off of the counter and out of the store. She got louder again and says seriously a tv on the counter. I told her I didn't like her tone and I was offended. Her reply was "Oh well" I told her that I chose autozone because of how I usually have great results but that there were 3 big box hardware stores within 2 miles or less and 2 part stores less than 5 miles away. I told her I didnt do anything to deserve that treatment She said you can leave if you want. Her energy and attitude was horrible. I grabbed the tv to take it
to my vehicle. I asked her what her name was. She ignored me the first 2 times. The 3rd time she said her name was Linda. I told her I would take my business elsewhere and I would let the company know how poor her service was. I told the young man i would be back in to get my other items. As I was walking back to the store from my vehicle she grabbed my tools from in front of the counter that were in a plastic bin and slammed them on the curb oitside. I came back in the store and told her she had no right to touch my stuff and that I don't what's going on in her life to cause her to behave that way but her attitude/behavior was totally unprofessional. The way that she acted reflected poorly on a company that ive been doing business. with for 25 years. I wont go inaide that location ever again while she is on shift. By the way just like i told her i drove 1min around the corner in the same parking lot to Harbor freight where i received exceptional customer service and they had exactly what i needed with zero hassle.

Don’t waste your time I’m stranded. I need to order a part. They told me I had to come in and order in person and then wait for it to come in every other AutoZone I’ve dealt with has never made me come in person to order. I’ve traveled all over United States. Never had this issue.

Linda is TERRIBLE! I went to get my battery checked and asked for the service. She told me to go sit in my car so I asked her how long it’ll take nicely and she gave me attitude and said “there’s only 3 people here. When someone can get to you they will” so asked again to give me an estimate because I had other errands to run so if it was going to be a awhile I can come back and she gave me attitude again and said “when the other worker comes back I’ll come out”. The other worker was changing a battery and finishing up. I watched the worker go inside as I was sitting in the car. No one came out for a 15 mins so I went back inside to find them all standing around. Once she saw me, she came out with me. She checked the battery and said it was all good but I knew there was something wrong with my car because it was not starting properly. I asked her to do other testing and she did them. She went inside the shop and printed out the report, handed it to me, laughed in my face, and walked away and back into the shop without any further explanation or conversation.

store closes at 9 and at 845 doors were locked. when we called to ask for a part, the man told us they didn’t have it in stock yet he didnt even look & online said it was. I know people want to go home, but that psrt was needed. then he just keeps peeking out the window but still wouldn’t open the door. unprofessional.
