Not happy at all with this store. I have never had a bad experience with Badcock until now, and I do believe I won't be doing business with your store anymore. The complete lack of customer service and support and the level of incompetence is astonishing. I canceled my order and will find somewhere I could do business that actually wants to do business.

Erica is the bomb dot com!!She greeted me with genuine warmth, and cheer as soon as I got inside the store! I instantly felt appreciated and welcomed.She was helpful and charming, and introduced herself and her position. That type of customer service is rare these days! She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Florida has lost a jewel, Georgia has gained a new Peach!!Welcome Erica!!

Where to begin? We purchased a bedroom set. King bed, two nightstands, chest, and dresser. The order got delivered timely. When they delivered the items they put a hole in our wall. They unpacked and set everything up. The headboard and footboard both very damaged. The chest had one drawer that looked like someone tried to punch a hole in it and the dresser was very scratched on the top with multiple chips on the corners. We took pictures and wrote on the signature form all of the damage. When we heard nothing for two days we called and they said they would replace all damaged pieces or give us $50. $50?!?! For a $3200 set. No thanks. Replace them. They came and everything was damaged again, except the headboard which they forgot to load. We refused it this time. They said they would send out another shipment or give us $200 now. Nope replace it. They called the day before the 3rd shipment said it will be delivered between 12-4. We called at 230 and they said they forgot to load our order. All of this from Joey. Trying to con us. Turns out he's the owners son. I called corporate to let them know about this. I spoke to customer service and she said someone will call me within 1 week. Here we are 4 weeks later and never heard back. What a terrible company and especially the locations in savannah area. Joey also said for me to fix the hole in the wall and send him the bill for the supplies. What a l***** You damaged it, why would I fix it?

This store is very understaffed but the staff they do have a polite and nice. My only complaint is that I purchased a washer and dryer that didn't come on the truck, so they gave the person picking up my appliances the floor models. They should have called and confirmed with the person paying for the appliances.

I am 100%, and Over 5 stars happy with my recent purchase.Please forgive me if I mispronounce any names but I have to give a HUGE thank you to Bobby Jo, Wendy, and the ENTIRE management staff.These two ladies worked in two different stores, but you could tell they were Definitely one team!We searched long and wide for a fireplace to fit our home for the holidays and they gave us more than what we Expected.Kudos to all of you all ❤️

Such a find here in Savannah. I was driving down the road with my boys and saw this place. I saw the sign and I was like no……I’m seeing things. No way I saw what I saw. Can it really be a furniture store that specializes in the needs of my boys. I kept going, but then started thinking about how uncomfortable my boys get on their current couch. I couldn’t stop thinking about how much they sweat and stick to the upholstery. Uhhhh, and don’t mention the hair they leave behind and how unsightly it is because of the color contrast. I stopped in to talk about the needs of my boys. It was a little awkward to explain the situation, so I asked if I could just let them sit on some of their showroom pieces. One of the other customers sat their boys right next to mine. I wasn’t too comfortable with that. You never know what some other boys have that they can pass onto yours, but his wife thought it was really cute so I let her take a picture. They played together for awhile until they were tired. We had some looks from the employees, but they were really good about the situation. You do what you have to do to make a sale. So normally, you don’t think about your boys when getting a couch because your lumbar is more important. I decided that I didn’t want to be a selfish person and deny my boys the comfort they deserve. Any self respecting man would make this sacrifice. I was recommended microfiber upholstery. My boys do not get all sweaty and sticky on the couch now. They are much more comfortable. Air breathes around them. When I’m watching a movie, I can look down at them (because they are still pretty small) and see them nestled into the cushioning with no movement of discomfort. My back hurts a little, but that’s from the times I’ve had to carry them with me when we go places. Nothing to do with the new support. At the end of the day, I made the right choice by ensuring my boys aren’t sore in the morning because of this luxurious purchase of comfort.
