I had an appointment today to change my account over to save some money. The bank reached out to me to make the change. I showed up on time for my appointment and was seen about 5 minutes after. The lady that helped me was so kind and efficient. I am not entirely sure what the lady's name was because I forgot to write it down (I think it was Mika). She was so nice and helpful. Her level of customer service far exceeds most customer service interactions I have had and has solidified my banking relationship with BofA.

There customer service was amazing. The young lady that greeted me was very pleasant and she made me feel very welcomed. Met with the Financial Advisor who was also very attentive to my needs. It has been a while since I have had customer service like this. I can't tell you how important it is to have that kind of service with how businesses treat their customer these days.

Completely wasted my time. Made an appointment to discuss business loan options only to arrive and meet with someone who said they can’t discuss business loans, as they are not the specialist??? It showed the reason for meeting/appointment in my notes so very confused as to how this was so poorly handled.

The only negatives are that there are no tellers, and sometimes the traffic in the area is congested

Went to open bank accounts for my teenage kids and had a relatively good experience with two different staffs. We had previously made an appointment online with this branch and went in on time both times.The manager seemed nice and answered all our questions.

Today me and my daughter had an appointment, but first we ended up going to the wrong building lol. After finally getting to the right branch we were greeted nicely and helped right away. We meet with Mrs. Julia Eady who greet us with a warm welcome and spend over an hour trying to help our situation. The conversations we were having and shared smiles made the experience joyful. At the end even tho our situation didn't get completely resolved, we left with smiles in our faces because of Julia amazing customer service!!!

Very pleased with customer service here. I just went to this location to deposit cash and there was a long line, it could've taken me an hour to wait but the bank had another teller on standby to help with the crowd. Her name was Erica and she showed me how to deposit cash at the ATM, which, I didn't even know was possible! She was so sweet and professional and a great representation for the company. I was out in less than 10 minutes! This location cares about their customers.

Went to this location to exchange a damaged $20 bill. Wait was twenty minutes as trainee made customer upset and manager came over and corrected her. During the wait a customer service person inspected and listen to the reason of my visit and stated to just take it up to teller for exchange. The trainee teller proceeded to mangle the bill looking at it to where the taped parts came apart. Did not have a counterfeit marking pen to check. Went to manager who declined without speaking to me. I went to manager to state the law as long as there is over 50% of bill , actually there was 90% which included matching serial numbers. Still denied because the bill was taped. Asked for her business card and left. To my non amazement I received a generic Bank of America card without her name. Proceeded to go to another bank branch who acknowledged the law and easily marked bill to see the legitimacy.Blew me away to state opinions which are not facts and too overwhelmed to admit either did not know or refer to someone who could, not manager skills. Extremely disappointed in a bank I have been with for 30 years.

I make a mobile deposit with a federal check and you won't release any of my money. I will be there Monday morning to close my account. I've had to dispute more transaction with this Bank than I ever have with anybody and then you disagree with my last dispute when I got scammed...

Update: The "level of customer service expected" is quite literally the very basic of personal interface skills. This woman lacks even the basic of courtesy and makes everyone visiting this branch feel like an inconvenience. Do better.The bank assistant manager is so absolutely rude and snarky! I cannot believe this kind of service is tolerated here--will be filing a formal complaint about the lack of service received.
