We started banking with Ameris in 2020 and it has been a refreshing change from our relationship with other banks. Robert has taken the time to get to know our business and has worked to ensure we are getting our needs met. He replies to my emails and phone calls the same day, whereas other banks send you to the endless maze of voicemail or tell you to use their useless AI chat. This is way banking should be. “I've been banking with them for several years now without a problem. The staff have always been friendly, the security guy is equally so! Honestly, I have had to get a new card -once- in the entire time I've been with them (and it turned out to be an error on my end!), unlike BoA where I was constantly rotating through new cards every few months because they would end up compromised. If I ever had any questions or concerns, they were on top of it and helped immediately. I literally have 0 complaints with this business.”

I visited the downtown Savannah branch recently to take care of some banking as well as to answer some specific questions related to my accounts. I had the good fortune to meet with the Branch Manager Rochelle Hines who went above and beyond to assist me. I purposely bank with smaller, community banks because I want to have a relationship with the people that work there. Running a small business can have many challenges, and you want your banker to know you and be there for you. Rochelle was friendly, professional and made sure my banking experience focused on taking care of my needs. I highly recommend FCB and am happy that the downtown branch has a dedicated, customer-focused branch manager who cares about me and my businesses.”

Fortunately for me William Jackson ( 66789 Stephens Ave Branch ) has remained a constant familiar and friendly face at this location. Never disappoints, always welcomes everyone with a SMILE and eager to assist. Professional, respectful, pleasant, and goes over and beyond his duties to attend to the clientele. This young man has great People Skills. Wells Fargo and management need to acknowledge and compensate this young man for his positive attributes which goes to complement and enhance this WF branch vs other locations which I avoid due to the staff being bland and cold to approach. William Jackson does quite the opposite, he makes sure to address and acknowledge everyone he comes across. His work ethics are phenomenal and his people skills are untouchable. He missed his lunch hour today just to accommodate my needs and schedule , even though I told him I can return tomorrow to complete my transactions. He humbly asked me to stay put and completely addressed all my issues and transactions. All the meanwhile answering the phone to communicate with his other clients and their needs. It's been a long time since I've come across someone with Williams ethics and attributes.
