Quite a mess, unclear offers!

Today went in to pick up a gift for my mother in law while there ask was my order ready. I was asked did I get a email? I said Idk let me check I stated I don’t see an email as of yet .However the gentleman working in there store offered to get it ready while I was there ,the young lady stated you can’t do that it’s like she is skipping the line. I turned and looked behind me and no one was there,he apologized and said she stated I can’t.Me I walked out called cooperate they apologize and said we will get someone to expedite your order since you are there . I said fine ;left did two errands still no email so I went home .Finally got and email stating some of my order had been canceled. I was pissed calling telling them to cancel the rest of the order . I will put myself on punishment from them because today their customer service was terrible truly terrible.

Was walking around this store with my husband and kid when we were approached by an older lady who made an inappropriate comment. My husband and kid are Hispanic and the lady said, “oh did you just get done playing soccer? I can tell who’s kid you are” to my son. It was extremely inappropriate and uncalled for. Last time I checked employees aren’t supposed to be making racial comments towards customers.

I did buy online pickup instore for some of my wallflowers this Beining one off them so when I went to pick up my order, they didn't have it ready and told me they were out of some of them items, but they were in stock when I looked in the bins.

The staff are a breath of fresh air. Everyone was so helpful, personable, and funny. Lol. It’s so nice to come to an establishment and see people who are ecstatic about their work and happy to be there. Made me spend money I didn’t even come to spend. I was there for an online order pick up and left with candles! It’s the teams fault! ?
