The manager Brian West went above and beyond what any company could ask for. He helped figure out and ordering a bike for my son and was beyond helpful. He reached out to me when needed and was available anytime I had questions. Made making the drive from Rincon to his store worth it for what he helped me do! Thanks again Brian!

UPDATE 8-20-2025. This Berwick ACE is perfection. I am becoming more handy around the house because of their employees kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitudes. This is my new favorite hangout. They even had some retro audio cables I was searching for! Great place. Great people. The only hardware store you need.

On my first visit today, I was overwhelmed by the store's newness, cleanliness, and very friendly staff. Their selection of various products was immense. They have a beautiful array of flowers. They have a lumber area and more. Heck, they even have clothes and toys for the kids. For any of my house needs I will have to shop here. They overall feel of the place was much more welcoming than the big warehouse home goods stores. Who wants to walk a mile to get one thing on aisle 3, then over the other side of the warehouse to get something on aisle 14? I did like the signage, so you can narrow down what you need and where it is. And for you out there that do not prefer self-checkouts, I saw several registers filled with friendly employees waiting to check customers out. 😀 I think people miss that these days. Good job, Ace all around 👏.

Really enjoyed my shopping experience today at Ace. Kathy and Jeffrey were amazing. We always shop at Ace for all our home repair and I love to look at the Lady section as well, which is very accommodating and fun. Looking forward to the ladies night on November 14 and always looking forward to lawn and garden to upgrade my yard And keep it looking welcoming ace does it perfect!

Berwick Ace Hardware never ceases to amaze me with their excellent service representatives who are always eager to help you find what you want/need and get you on your way to completing projects. The store is always well-kept and carries a broad range of products. Keep up the great work! This store is a favorite place for me to go. You can't go wrong with Berwick Ace.

Seems like a decent store but their online stock NEVER matches their physical in-store inventory. I suppose it’s my fault for making multiple trips assuming it would be accurate only to arrive and be disappointed.
