My existing insurance agent in SC told me he could not provide me with collision insurance for my vehicle because it was over 22 years old. He told me no insurance agency would offer that to me. I then reached out to Beth and she said she absolutely would do that for me! She went above and beyond to help me with not only my car insurance, but also with my other insurance needs. I highly recommend her!

I am not surprised they have a 5 star review. Ever since I moved to Savannah 1 year ago, this branch has been nothing but helpful. Shoutout to Karen, who quickly picked up the phone around lunchtime to help we with my renters insurance modification required by my apartment complex. I also use State Farm for car insurance and utilize drive safe and save which has saved me a lot this year. I highly recommend this branch to all locals in Savannah.

When I called Beth Lanier to report damage to my car, they immediately connected me with the claim center and the process began. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly by the office. My car was towed and a rental was waiting for me at the repair shop. Thank goodness I had State Farm. It was easy and fast.
