“My wife and I drove from Bluffton to this shop on the recommendation of neighbors to look at e-bikes. Jackson helped us check out and test ride a couple of models. It was a rainy Saturday near their closing time, so we decided to wait a few days and do some research online. Came back today and Jackson and the owner, Tom, set us up with a pair of Velotric brand bikes. Super helpful, answered all my questions, and their pricing is reasonable, especially compared to similar shops on Hilton Head. Support local business! This guy is following his passion, it appears! Very satisfied customers, and highly recommend this shop.”

“Excellent, first time experience with this team today. I purchased a helmet online for in-store pickup. While there, they made adjustments for us on a couple of our bikes, right on the spot. We were helped by three staff and all went out of their way for good customer service. They helped carry the bikes back to the car, for example, and provided guidance on helmet and bike fit. It was a smooth, quick, and quality shopping trip.”
