“I was on the hunt for a road bike and stopped by Quality Bike Shop to test ride one they had in stock. After talking it through with the associate who helped me, I realized it just wasn’t the right bike for me.
I ended up finding a bike I loved on Facebook Marketplace instead. When I brought it back to Quality Bike Shop for a tune-up, there were absolutely no hard feelings about me not buying from them. Instead, they were more than happy to help.
As a total bike newbie, they easily could’ve upsold me on things I didn’t need, but they didn’t. In fact, they knocked $50 off the price just to be kind. On top of that, they finished the tune-up in 24 hours.

“Excellent, first time experience with this team today. I purchased a helmet online for in-store pickup. While there, they made adjustments for us on a couple of our bikes, right on the spot. We were helped by three staff and all went out of their way for good customer service. They helped carry the bikes back to the car, for example, and provided guidance on helmet and bike fit. It was a smooth, quick, and quality shopping trip.”
