“I was on the hunt for a road bike and stopped by Quality Bike Shop to test ride one they had in stock. After talking it through with the associate who helped me, I realized it just wasn’t the right bike for me.
I ended up finding a bike I loved on Facebook Marketplace instead. When I brought it back to Quality Bike Shop for a tune-up, there were absolutely no hard feelings about me not buying from them. Instead, they were more than happy to help.
As a total bike newbie, they easily could’ve upsold me on things I didn’t need, but they didn’t. In fact, they knocked $50 off the price just to be kind. On top of that, they finished the tune-up in 24 hours.
Unbelievable customer service. Places like this feel rare these days. What a unicorn of a shop. I’ll never stop recommending them.”

“We had a great time on the electric bikes this past Tuesday, we saw all 21 squares.. But we made a mistake and went out of downtown and got caught in a really bad thunderstorm.
We ended up having to call the store and we spoke to Dan the manager and told him we would be unable to make it back by 5:30 because of the street flooding.
He hopped into his truck and came to get us and he even drove us to the Whitaker Street parking garage. He was very nice guy to come and get us and then drive us to our car.
I highly recommend Dan & Savannah On Wheels if you want to sightsee around the Riverfront district...”
