As someone who is new to savnaah broughton street is one of my most visited places. But today was the first time I visited blue Mercury and it was not the gigantic collection they hold in a boutique kind of store aesthetic but the people that make it amazing. Specifically for me that person was Whiteny. She is so sweet in terms of very few humans that will go out of the way and give you fabulous suggestions. Her professional knowledge about skincare and cosmetics is awesome but that paired with honesty is what you need. Someone with eczema and colored skin has normally complications to address so as to what suits her,but angels like Whitney make the process calm and fun. She gave me amazing recommendations helped me find the right brand again not as someone aiming at buying out customer in a false way to achieve sales target but to actually assist. Even till the end when my international card was having issues she helped out in the payment . I would definitely recommend going to Blue mercury and Whiteny to have an amazing beauty shopping experience 🤌🏽🤌🏽✨✨

I had the absolute best experience with Whitney! She was the nicest, kindest and most helpful sales associate! I walked in (practically straight off a plane, from Chicago) disheveled, looking for products to help with my super frizzy hair. She recommended some products and went on to style it with the Dyson air wrap! She also recommend places to visit while I’m here on my short weekend trip. She was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for all of your help Whitney. I already love savannah because of you!

My go to for everything since moving to Savannah! Caroline is amazing and I always love shopping with her! She’s incredibly knowledgeable on all things beauty and has introduced me to so many products and brands that I wouldn’t have otherwise known about or tried, but have since become staples in my routine. I stopped into Bluemercury to look around and had a wonderful experience. Samantha was absolutely lovely. She took the time to help me choose a foundation and eyeshadow. She also described how to master the products for best application. The shop has multiple lines to browse and I even met the one of the featured brand's creator in the store. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend a visit.

An incredible experience through and through. Zacc and Julie were so helpful and organized with the products we were experimenting with. They were both extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking their time to apply the makeup and truly find what works best with our skin type and textures. They were both so educational and did not apply pressure to purchase anything but their wonderful demeanor helped us find what truly worked best for us. Will return for them alone!
