Very convenient location. If you have trouble paying anything online, the store service works. The store employees do a good job at getting you out in a timely manner and can answer just about any questions involving your account/billing.

Not sure I'll be visiting this location anytime soon. A friend was in need of a phone lost theirs the day before.. The cases were filled with phone's but the seller said they only had one phone in stock out of at least 10 phone's in the display case which was $202.00+activation fee... Well, the phone works well. I just really think the seller took advantage due to the circumstances..

I upgraded my phone today at the Savannah Mall store. Angie got me straight in no time at all. She is extremely knowledgeable, quick, yet thorough. There were other customers in the store, and even though she was the only employee working at the time, I didn't feel put on the back burner. She assured me that if I have any questions or concerns, she's just a phone call away. I'm super happy with my purchase and experience at this store. If you're looking for a phone...go to Angie at Boost Mobile in Savannah Mall.
