Brightchoice has been unable to assist me even after 4 phone calls. They sent a meter that requires both control solution A & B to test it for accuracy, but they do not provide solution B. I was told several times to purchase it on Amazon. They are argumentative, and unprofessional. They told me control solution B was only needed if your blood sugar is in the 300 or higher range. Well, diabetes patients can very easily get up there with the numbers, and an accurate meter is vital to getting it under control. These people don't seem to even understand diabetes and how it can change quickly. Don't trust the health of your loved ones with this company!

I have been waiting for months to get a back brace sent to me. It was a mix-up between Bright Choice Medical and my doctor's office. A simple wrong icd-10 code was penciled in. I was told by the rep from Bright Choice the doctor's office could simply call the mistake in and give a verbal correction. The doctor's office did that, but they faxed a second incomplete copy in as well, which I didn't tell them to do. Know Bright Choice is telling me I have to go back to the doctor's office again due to some minor technical control measure on their part. This is basic robotic inhumanity by corporations. There is no mercy here or reasoning.
