“Perfect Primer is an excellent product. I applied it over the black mastic residue (tested positive for asbestos) on the concrete floor in my entryway. Application was simple. Like using thick paint. Cleans up with soap and water. Product is expensive but not nearly as costly as hiring asbestos experts. Concrete floor is now sealed and ready for installation of quarry tile.”
