Maria went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed buying my first car! She was able to make car buying stress free and easily understandable, she even helped me calculate the cost and the benefits of my vehicle to others, plus maxcare. I then felt confident making my decision with her help. I am so grateful for everything and how CarMax handles buying a vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone buying a car and definitely Maria. And I love my new Toyota!

As far as the customer service goes.. It was nothing short of excellent. There are a few issues with the vehicle that I want looked at, before my 90 day/4000 mile warranty is up, but your car max family treats customers right. So I see no problems getting my car tip top by then.

Every time I call to get an appointment for my car to be looked at. I never get an answer no matter what time of the day it is.

Went to Carmax in Savannah on a Sunday afternoon. First time ever stepping foot inside of there. They had a wonderful selection of vehicles to choose from and the employees were extremely accomodating with my father and I. My Pontiac Vibe had went out so I decided to give Carmax a try to find a vehicle. Our salesperson, Devin, was extremely helpful with our car buying experience and answered any and all questions that we had. I was able to leave the lot that day with a vehicle to call my own. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

Nice place, pain to get in. Definitely no salesman pressure. Clean vehicles. I recommend if you’re looking for a newer vehicle.. they are a little on the high side.

I hate dealership and sometimes it is worth it to pay a couple hundred more in order to not deal with them. They made it super easy to purchase my car and this is the second time I have used them.

Our sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We went to Carmax planning on simply figuring out what kind of car we might want. We didn't think we'd end up buying one almost immediately, but we did, and it's working out very well.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car store. Managers are extremely rude and sales associates and completely incompetent. I watched a sales manager follow a young man out the store cursing at him and threatening him and then gossiping to another co worker. I don't know what Carmax stands for but this place will never have my business.

The service was quick and pretty good when I actually went to buy my car. However, I have already had a handful of issues with the car after only having it for 2 weeks. I was also told that I would be able to finance my car through Exeter but then received a letter saying that they could not approve my request. I tried to call the CarMax Savannah and was on hold for 45 minutes - I am pretty sure that I was forgotten about. I am overall disappointed and was expecting to be able to get a reliable vehicle from CarMax, especially because I specifically picked it out because of its reputation and personal reference. This is unexpected and very upsetting.

Update! Carmax contacted me about this issue and said they would make it right. Can't ask for anything more than that. Im very appreciative.*******Bought a 2020 Lexus 3 months ago with 18400 miles. Took it to Lexus dealership today....21000 miles....need new rear brakes. Disappointed they would sell me a car that needed brakes.

Just had my truck in the shop last week for my engine light being on took it to victory car care because they’re in network with Carmax because Carmax service department voicemail is always full and they do not answer the phone. Victory car care Supposed to fix my truck and change the emission sensor last week and now my truck engine light is back on. So I took it to AutoZone to get a printout of what’s causing the engine light to come on. It states the emissions, so they never really fixed it and now Get in touch with nobody on this Saturday afternoon and morning. This is my work truck for business. I really hope they can get this matter fixed. ASAP

My Experience With CarMax Was Nothing But Pure Amazement. Prior To Going In Store For My Express Checkout, My Representative Aprael Handled Everything (I.E. Financing, Documents, Appointment Setup) When I Arrived At Express Checkout Tiffany Handled Everything For Me And Had Me In And Out In A Matter Of 30 Mins And I Was On The Road In My New 2022 Nissan Sentra. Thank You For The Amazing Service, Support And Buying Experience CarMax.

The whole experience was great. I grew up in an era when 6 hours in the dealership with high pressure sales was the norm. I'm glad that CarMax has put an end to those days. I chose my car online and picked it up with the quick purchase process. Total time in the dealership was under an hour.My car had some dash lights go off within the first two weeks. CarMax got it into a local mechanic and paid to have all the repairs made. It runs like a brand new car. Could not be happier! Thank You to Judah who stayed in contact throughout the entire purchase & repair process to make sure I was satisfied.
