I had to fire these guys. We took our dogs there for a year. They do everything they can to make you buy all medications from them. They will allow you to drive to their office and pick up a prescription if you want to purchase your dogs medications at a reasonable price. They had called one of my prescriptions into Walmart at one point. When I tried to get it refilled, they claimed they had never called a prescription into Walmart because it was not their policy. That was flat out a lie.Anyway, if you do not mind them making your dogs healthcare complicated and paying their marked up prices for medications, you might like this place. The staff are fairly friendly.

Case provided excellent care of our beloved 14 year old Weimaraner. He was given a warmed cot, post grooming, for his old man joints. They sent a very thoughtful condolence card when he crossed the rainbow bridge after connecting us with an in home service. Everyone seems to love their job at Case.

In CASE you care, I highly recommend bringing your loved one somewhere else. I brought my 11 year old dog in for a follow up after just four days. She was not improving on the medication so I decided to proceed with x-rays. The initial call making this follow up appointment was for a 5:40 slot which was fine and I agreed to. They called me right back to ask if INSTEAD I could bring her in at 7:30 that morning that way they had the entire day to do what they needed to get done. (Which I mind you, was a 3 view x-ray). They did not say anything else regarding the original 5:40 appointment. I arrive at the office at 7:15 and get presented with the treatment plan which included the x-ray, x-ray reading, and another exam fee. After only four days they want ANOTHER exam fee with a $10 discount. I pointed up at their sign that says new patient special and asked the employee what that meant considering I was new to Case. She said "Oh, that's for new clients, we waive their first exam fee". I looked at her and told her that this is only our second visit here and that I paid for the very first visit- four days prior. She asks me, "Well did you bring it up at that visit?" No...really? This company EXPECTS YOU to bring it up. Before I left, she told me they would call to check in and let me know how she was doing. 4PM comes around and I have not heard from Case. I call at 4 to see if she is ready and all they could tell me was that "The tech/nurse is unavailable at the moment and that they will call me back". 4:30 comes around, still nothing. I was leaving work at this point so I head to Case. When I arrived, I tell them I'm there to pick up my dog. I tell her my name and my dog's name, and the front desk lady tells me she'll go ahead and discharge me and told me my total. I told her I haven't heard from anyone all day so I am not sure what was done or how my dog is. She gets up to check on the situation. She comes back and immediately puts me in a room and walks away. Does not tell me a thing. At this point I am worrying about my dog even more because the last two ladies I talked to had not told me anything about my dog. I wait about 15 mins thinking someone would come in and talk to me but no one showed up. I go back out to the front desk obviously very upset and tell the front desk that its very sad that I have not been told anything about my sick dog that has been there all day and that I would like to see her. She jumps up and tells me she'll go get her. The manager comes out without my dog and immediately presents an attitude with me saying I had a 5:40 appointment. I initially had a 5:40 appointment, yes, but Case called ME back to tell me to bring her in at 7:30 INSTEAD so that they had the time to get whatever she needed done that day. They did not say anything else regarding the 5:40 appointment. The manager disregards the fact that the 5:40 appointment was never brought back up after them asking me to bring her in early. They should have mentioned that if they didn't get around to doing anything I would still have the 5:40 appointment. They had me thinking it was going to get done during the day. Also, if at 4 when I called to check on my dog and again at 4:30 when I got to Case why didn't they let me know right then and there that nothing was done all day? Instead they bring me to a room without saying a word. Being obviously upset almost in tears worried about my dog, I explain to the manager that I don't even know if my dog is okay at this point. The manager giggled and said to me "Of course she's okay, this is a veterinary clinic". After that and her saying I was rude to her employer I was so done with this place. I was not being rude, I was a concerned owner of a sick older dog whom I trusted leaving there and never heard a word on how she was doing.

We just moved here from East Tennessee a week ago. We had not had time to establish any new Doctors for ourselves, or our fur babies, we have two mini Schnauzers Desiree and Delilah. Delilah started acting strange and biting on her self and then started vomiting, we were so worried she got into something bad in the new yard. I did call a groomer and made a future appt. I told them what was going on with our Lila, she gave me the name Case Animal Hospital. I called them and they got here right in! I was so grateful, everyone there was so nice and friendly. The dr came in and examined Lila and explained what she thought was going on with her. She felt that it might have something to do with allergies, being exposed to a new place and all. She does have certain sensitivities to things. They gave her a shot and gave me some instructions then we left. She is soooo much better! I'm so thankful for this group of Doctors! They took the time to check on her several times. We definitely found our fur babies Dr's . Thank you Case Animal Hospital for taking great care of Delilah!

Thank you guys for being so awesome! I couldn’t complain if I wanted to. I called with an urgent issue, had never been there before (dog had ate a plastic toy and was vomiting blood). They were very accommodating, welcoming, and didn’t act at all like we were a bother. Everything was explained thoroughly, we were included in plan of care, pricing was explained up front and reasonable. They were willing to send me x ray images and radiology report. Their communication was fast. They even called later to check on her!!! (She’s doing great!)

Please be very wary of this veterinary practice. I took my 12 year old golden doodle to this veterinary practice late last week. I was promised a complete nose to tail examination of my dog in the presence of a registered veterinary doctor for $80.00, which I thought was pretty reasonable. For some reason prior to my dog being examined, the veterinary technician said that my dog had to be taken into another room to be examined?!? I explained that I did not want this to happen, but she said I did not have a choice?!? So, after paying over $200 for the entire examination and vehemently explaining to the veterinary technician exactly what was going with my dog BEFORE they took my dog into another room, the doctor ended up sending me home with some sort of stomach probiotic medication which did help the diarrhea by the way. Unfortunately, for the last 4 days and NIGHTS my dog has been coughing and wheezing incessantly and I have been totally freaking out, so when they finally did make a follow-up call today and I told the follow-up phone attendant about the problem…,the follow-up phone attendant said OH YEAH… (Didn’t you know…..) there is a dog virus currently going around in the Savannah/Chatam county area. Absolutely furious at this point…,, I asked???? Why did the doctor NOT tell me about this to begin with when I told the veterinary technician exactly what was wrong with my dog. (No response) So I asked them what could be done NOW and they said oh… Come in and get some coughing pills?!? I thought….great my nightmare is finally over… then they tried to charge me ANOTHER $80.00 visitation fee?!?!?!?(I said absolutely not!) they finally relented and ONLY charged me $42.00 for the coughing pills… immediately after purchasing the coughing pills, they then had the AUDACITY to tell me that me and my dog were not a good fit for their veterinary practice and gave me my dogs up-to-date paperwork and showed me the door. This is a TOTAL CLASSLESS and clueless veterinary practice! Beware!!!!! I haven’t slept for 4 days and nights due to my dogs coughing and wheezing day and night!! Thank the good Lord above that finally I may be able to get to get a good nights sleep tonight knowing that my dog is not going to die! Unfortunately I’m $250.00 poorer, but I’m just glad that my dog is still alive!??

Not a bad clinic. This was our first visit.. . **update**went in for follow up for a recheck of our dogs ear, over $100, they include a line item on the receipt that shows recheck in 1 week 0.00$ wrong, they charge and they do not tell you that at prior visit. Felt like I was at a car dealership, and they were trying to up-sell everything, and the girl was confusing talking a thousand miles an hour

They are a well oiled machine. They love animals. Everything you’re hoping for when caring for your fur babies. The price is very competitive. Used to go to FORSYTH Park Animal Hospital. VERY expensive and tons of unnecessary recommendations and expenses on the bill mock ups. It was emotionally taxing. Not to mention hard on the pocket book. Someone recommended Case. I have never looked back. Recommend!!
