Rude manager today said I couldn’t return my online purchase for a full refund, only get store credit. she wasn’t nice and the store had bad vibes. She obviously isn’t trained properly and if you check the refund policy online says I can get my money back. I took my stuff back and will have to send it by mail. I’ll never shop that store again.

The cashier might have been dull and there was a piece of gum in the dressing room stall but overall I found a whole bunch of cute clothes for cheap!

Jordan needs a training in proper customer service instead of trying to intimidate customers from reporting her atrocious behavior to corporate. She and the District Manager also need further training on the American Disabilities Act as the store is far from compliant. Most stores may have a little bit that isn't accessible, but this store in particular is over 70% non accessible to those in a wheelchair.

Loved the sales lady working the register. I got two long sleeve Christmas sweaters and a cute onesie for $50. Great deals and great selection!

Today was my first time ever shopping at charlotte russe and I was very happy and excited about my service. I did not think I could fit any of their clothes until the Manager "Gigi" made me feel so welcome and helped me find 4 pairs of pants that fitted me just right and they were cheap ya'll. I can not wait to wear them with my boots. Thank you so much Gigi for your great service. Amazing day, I'm this excited because I don't get to shop a lot. Thank you
