Took me a minute to figure it out, but the card reader to access the ATM’s after hours is actually on the column opposite the entrance. Face the entrance and turn behind you. A small note or sign on the door would be helpful.

Horrible experience . Waited 20 plus minutes to be seen, and then another 30 minutes with the teller. Got nowhere. Also no way to call the bank without talking to a foreign bank first.

I had an issue with my account balance. I was furious about money gone out of my account per Chase. I sent Gibson Hill an email clearly stating my anger and frustration! He called me in less than an hour to explain the transaction. I had ordered a service and then cancelled it. The fees for the order had all ready went through. He assured me everything was as we had agreed upon and the fees would be returned to my account. I really appreciate this hard working representative of Chase Bank. He called and took care of the error. Thank you again Gibson Hill!

A big shout out to JT Wagoner who helped me with finalizing my aunt’s estate. I was coming from quite a distance and trying to do a lot that day. He made sure he was available and extended my appointment so I would not have to reschedule. From my first call to make the appointment to the time of my meeting, he explained the process and everything went smoothly and I was on my way home in short order. In addition when I called to confirm my appointment and say I might be late the women who answered the phone was lovely and took my information and made sure he got it. Apologies, for not getting her name.If Chase was closer to me I certainly would have kept the account there.Customer Service can be non existent and or atrocious in these times. It was really very nice to be treated so well. Thanks JT!

Chase has been the absolute worse banking service I have ever had to deal with in my life. First it takes almost 2 weeks for my card to get delivered, and then they stop me from the only way of transferring money to my other bank. So now am I not able to pull out any money, pay bills, put gas in my car or complete any transactions. As soon as I get my card in the mail I am pulling all my money out and closing this useless account. HORRIBLE
