As I fled Florida's hurricane Milton, my cat got out of his carrier, climbed inside the back seat and got stuck. I called so many people before Chatham animal agreed to help. They met me at an auto body shop, the seat was removed and my cat rescued. Thank you Officer Regula. I may lose my house but my cat is safe.
