A $1600 markup disguised as an "environmental fee," after putting down a deposit, and waiting months for a vehicle to arrive? I would like to see this business explain their reasons publicly.

Scammers, thieves, liars. I had my car checked out by 2 different repair shops due to needing to drive the car cross country. The rear axle was replaced, and a sensor was bad. I then took it to this Lexus dealership to get the sensor replaced. 4 hours later they told me the car needed $13,000 worth of repairs. Including the brand new axle I put on replaced. They also said the radiator was leaking. The car was just driven 3,000 miles and never had an issue. I called the two other shops I had previously taken it to and told them everything Lexus told me was wrong with it and both shops confirmed they checked each item and found nothing wrong with any of them. Everyone knows salesmen are commission but many don't know the service department works on commission also. What they tried to do to me should be illegal.
