Very nice store, large, workers greeted me upon entering but this was the 4th Citi trends I've been to in Liberty/Chatham and 4 or 5 in Columbia, SC. I've been looking for hard-shell luggage in a color I like. I have purchased three already for my daughters $36.99 I went here and the same size is $54.99!! No thank you I'll go back to another store and choose something maybe I overlooked ?

The BEST of the 3 .. the atmosphere is welcoming and the customer service is very pleasant. A lot of people sleep on Citi trends but there are a lot of nice things that are a reasonable price especially if you're balling on a budget.

The cashier made me WAIT before calling me to the counter, and she wasn't even polite about it, as she intentionally took her SLOW time ringing my items ? ?, I understand that we have bad moments in our lives but at least TRY to hide those emotions while waiting on customers...two thumbs down??
