WHOEVER IS DOING THE BUYING FOR PLUS SIZE WOMEN SHOULD BE FIRED. THERE FASHION SENSE IS HORRIBLE. WHAT DO THEY WEAR TO WORK? I BET THEY DON'T WEAR CITI TREND STUFF! NOT THIS MESS! THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF WHAT WE NEED IN CLOTHES. ALL PLUS SIZED WOMEN DON'T WANT LOGOS AND THINGS ON A SHIRT. I'D LIKE TO IN AND BUY A PLAIN WHITE T THAT FITS! NO PLUS SIZED WOMAN WOULD BE CAUGHT DEAD IN ANY OF THESE CLOTHES,UNLESS YOUR A TEENAGER! ALSO DUE TO THESE CLOTHES NOT BEING EXPENSIVE THE SIZES NEED TO GO UP ACCORDINGLY,MORE 3X-5X. YOU MISS A LOT OF $$$ FROM THE PLUS SIZE COMMUNITY.

If I could give less I would. Purchased some jewelry from the store located on Elmwood Ave in Buffalo, NY for a specific reason. Ended up not needing it. There were no signs posted saying no refunds or exchanges on jewelry. None when I purchased the items and none up when I went to return it. They would not give me my money back. I will be calling corporate as well as the BBB. They lady said they took the sign down. That sounds like their problem, not mine.

I was charged two separate times. The reason was one of the 75% off stickers was done incorrectly. The second one was a onesie that was charged twice. She told me you have to know I don’t. I picked out one showed the bag show the product and the rest of things in the bag as well. And she continued to say that I was wrong would never go back to the store whatsoever. The employees there are filthy have no respect when was inappropriately and had no self control over the conversation whatsoever. And I went to the Rockford location off of Alpine Road. Would never go back there again even if it’s the closest store around. Store was filthy and I did not get my refund at the end of the conversation. I only got the response of well. You must’ve got to know I didn’t as a previously showed her my bag I got one. My money back or put on my card so I walked out for $4.99 really she just did not want to do her to do her job the correct way. She should not be in that store or working with customer service.

The Citi Trends on Keystone ave Indianapolis has the best customer service the Store manager and her entire team are so welcoming and make your shopping a great experience... the store is neat and smells nice...

I'm writing in reference to my local store which is located in Lakeland FL. I am so very sad about the recent changes that have taken the store from a neighborhood staple to something that is totally unrecognizable. This was the first place I would go for the latest fashion trends. The buyers knew what they were doing. I was able to get whatever I needed for every season. I shop at other stores of course but this store was on the top of my list. Since the change in management and renovations, it is filled with absolutely nothing that makes me want to shop here. Whoever took over clearly doesn't know the demographics and clearly could care less about the population that this store served for many many years. I shopped when it was on Memorial Blvd in Lakeland FL many years ago. I'm also from New York and you could've asked somebody before spending all that money to destroy the store. I watched the store come up to what it was before the remodel. Many people in the area are disappointed and just simply won't shop there anymore unless this changes. I can't find my workout gear or the beautiful summer dresses and beach wear etc. ? Simply depressing. Please get back the store that we used to have. We didn't need the renovations. Things were fine just the way they were!

Don’t work here. I worked two days and in those two days: two fights broke out, someone threatened to come back and hurt the place, and management was always too busy to get payment information set up. Because of that last one, I’ve been trying to get compensated for the days worked since October, the manager of Darlington’s Distribution Center Terra Gregg has lied saying I left that first day (I can’t drive and there’s cameras everywhere so I didn’t) once that was disproven she said she’d send my updated information to payroll but payroll never got it. So then I contacted Savannah and they of course did nothing either yet I noticed I received an incorrect W2 meaning somebody is likely committing tax fraud and definitely breaking the labor laws of SC in not paying me what I’m owed for the full days I worked. See how so much drama came from two days? Again I say, DO NOT WORK HERE. There is a reason they’re always hiring.

Sherry in human resources was very rude to me and even hung up on me for checking to see why I hadn't received an email. She said I was being aggravating. I've been waiting on this email and out of work for 1 1/2 weeks. I have a family to support.Based on the reviews, there is a problem with manners from the bottom all the way to upper management. How long does it take to send an email? Is she doing her job? Not apologetic at all about the delay.

Both the Savannah locations are just awful with regard to customer service. Rude, nasty employees, didn't say a word, just clucked their teeth and rolled their eyes at me when I walked in, continued with dirty looks for the duration. The clothes are extremely cheap quality. Might as well consider them disposable clothes because they come apart after the first washing. I bought a plain white tshirt that came undone the first time through the washer - several of the seams came undone. Just threw it away, money down the drain. Disposable clothes, nasty employees.
