If I could leave negative stars I would! Do yourself a favor and have your imaging done somewhere else. The nurse Kim and her attitude was absolutely disgusting. We went there to have an MRI done with contrast-- first off they wouldn't let me go back with my friend--this was a first at any imaging place I have been to-- and given the trauma Kim inflicted I now know why she didn't want anyone to go back. You have someone who is afraid of needles, you refuse to let their support back and then it takes you to poke them over 8 times with the needles. Only for the doctor to come in and say the spots where you put the needles is completely in the wrong area and you respond "oh its harder to do on the left arm." All of this before you even put the numbing solution which was botched as well! What kind of professionalism is this. THENNNNNNN you begin to twist their arm while the huge contrast needle is in to try and right your wrong, while the doctor is yelling at you to stop because you could cause damage and news flash YOU DID!!!! The doctor then had to stick my friend with the needles all over again because of your mistake. Then you get on top and stradle her for whatever reason while she is begging you to get off and you didn't! By the time I was able to get to my friend she was crying and completely traumatized and STILL hasn't even had the MRI done yet which suprisingly I was able to be in the room for that but not the contrast? THIS IS JUST IMAGING NOBODY SHOULD BE TRAUMATIZED LIKE THIS!!!!!! Here it is a week later and her arm STILL hurts, swollen, bruised and she can barley move it!!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID COASTAL IMAGING AT ALL COST! ITS NOT WORTH THE TRAUMA THEY INFLICT ON PEOPLE.

Do yourself a favor DO NOT use this facility!! My dr sent the Rx there 5 days ago and Coastal Imaging didn’t know that their MRI met the minimum closed MRI requirements!! They used up my doctor’s time to have him send another Rx. Then even though I have had 2 MRIs there this year they insist on calling my insurance company for a prior authorization- my insurance plan does not require any type of authorization. Shouldn’t they have this in my file??? I was on hold for 40+ minutes before they hung up on me. When I called back the lady continued to be rude and refused to put me in the schedule until THEY call the insurance company which will take them several days. Just total incompetence!! Unfortunately this isn’t anything new for Coastal Imaging- just don’t go there. Found a different provider in Savannah American Health Imaging where they were able to schedule me for the next day.

I have had nothing but great experiences anytime I've gone in for anything. From the office staff to the Ultrasound tech to the Radiologists. I would rather and have requested to be sent to Coastal Imaging on many occasions. They're all awesome!!

I would like to thank Paige and the staff for how wonderful they are to their patients and how they go above and beyond making sure the patients needs are met, very hard to find that now a days.

The office manager Paige is extremely rude and unprofessional she likes to make little rude comments in the background of phone calls thinking that no one can hear her. Maybe coastal imaging should hire a more professional manager instead of a unprofessional, lazy, and rude mean girl to run their office. Now she can go try and whisper in the background about this bad review ??

I have had great experiences at Coastal Imaging. Having 7am appointments are helpful when you need to get tests done and start your day/go to work. Not to mention the Radiologic technologists were so helpful and nice, even when I struggled with an MRI. It's the place I choose now.

They refuse to perform any "fertility related scans" which, is obviously prejudicing patients with infertility, even if they are not undergoing IVF. Will tell all friends to avoid this place.

Great place to get imaging done but I was trying to make a payment so I left a voicemail and they called me back while I was in the middle of another doctors appointments and I asked “do you mind calling me back at a later time today?” The MANAGER of the facility said in a very rude tone “NO, you can call us.” As her being the manager she definitely could have worded that nicer and said it nicer. I had been playing phone tag with them and didn’t want to call because I knew they wouldn’t answer or I would be on hold for an hour.
