By far one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They gave me a quote on the phone which included everything that needed to be moved. After putting down a depot of $2,000, you would expect that to be the final price…. Not only do they come in 4 hours late, they come into my house and demand more money because apparently they needed a “bugger truck”. As a moving company it is your responsibility to find a truck that accommodates what needs to be moved according to the quote. Extremely rude and disrespectful to come in and ask for more money even though we had an agreement. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Awful people. Rude as all could be and the lady who answered the phone couldn't have been in a worse mood. if i could give 0 stars, i would 100 times over. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Do not use this company for a your military move. If transportation at Hunter or Stewart books you with this company try to have it changed ASAP. They need more training on how to properly pack. Just careless with your belongings.

Worst experience I have ever witnessed from a moving company. They treat military personnel as if you mean nothing to them. The staff are super super lazy. The company only send 2 staff members and on top of that the staff got mad because me and my wife didnt help them lift or bring anything into our home.
If you are military personnel please ask the transportation office to not schedule Coastal moving company as your schedule moving company if your are about to PCS to another installation. Please I beg y’all to not go with this company

Absolute worst service I have ever had the displeasure of using. They were 2 hours late picking up and dropping off and had the rudest staff I have ever been stuck speaking to. When they dropped off we had been stuck waiting around for hours and they showed up with 0 call or notice. Staff is incompetent and will disrespect you as soon as they’re slightly inconvenienced by their horribly run organization.
NEVER USE THEM!!

Really bad for the military. If you are PCSing and the base hired Coastal Moving for your packing. Call transportation and see if they can have a different company available to move your HHG. They are lazy in their packing methods for example, packing your stuff you set aside and said not to touch or just throwing all your glasses and plates loosely together in a box. If they do have to pack your HHG watch the workers closely and tell them what you want packed and how. The Company does have some good workers like any, but they are a dime a dozen. Be careful with valuables with this company take them you.
