This brand is not my choice, but it was mere convenience that we stayed here because they accepted pets, and we have two small dogs traveling with us.The hotel is conveniently located off I-95 and within a mile of the Tanger Outlet. From the outside, it presents well in overall appearance. The room was clean but had an overwhelming fragrance and evidence of powdered carpet freshener. The plunger from the bathroom sink was missing, which only bothers me as I wonder what else is missing or broken. We had several water bottles frozen and were hoping to keep them that way, but that didn't happen even with the over-abundance of ice in the fridge's freezer section. They might want to defrost the freezer sometime before the new year. There are standard 110 VAC electrical receptacles bedside, but no USB specific. The bed and lumpy pillows are what one expects. In further comparison, the TV is on the small side. I did notice a pool on the backside of the hotel, but it's too cold this time of year to investigate. Hot water was available only after running for 20 seconds.Breakfast is standard fare with scrambled eggs, two protien, and make your own waffles. I went for a second cup of coffee, and the Bold pump coffee cannister had disappeared. If you need a place to stay that's relatively clean, it works.

Loud, and poorly kept hotel. The elevator floor was so dirty that we opted for the stairs. The side exterior door was left propped open by the lock on the door the entire time we were there, very unsafe. The room doors slam shut and are very loud and disturbing. We were woke up by our neighbor leaving and the door slamming behind them at 6 am. Our floor was full of teenage girls in rooms without adults. They were very loud and constantly slamming the door going in and out all evening, until after 10pm. The walls are thin and i can hear the TV in the next room. The lobby was the most appealing and appeared to be cleaned regularly. We selected this property because it was pet friendly and offered military rates. We booked 2 rooms and had 2 dogs. We were charged for a pet deposit for both rooms. There is a 2 dog per room policy. Rather than the expected 25 fee per room, we were charged 25 for each room. I would not choose this hotel again and spend twenty more dollars and stay at one of the neighboring properties.

Nasty!! Toilet was loose from the floor, phone didn't work, TV was a challenge to operate. Bathtub/shower was like ICE...very slick. Will not select Comfort Inn again based on this experience. Stay away from hotel!!

I’m super easy to please and am thankful to be able to travel with my dog. However the girl at the front (Bri) was beyond rude and clearly didn’t want to be at work that day. Being in customer service myself makes situations like this mega irritating. The toilet was leaking water on the floor and the tub was rusty. The carpet was dirty which I didn’t care much about considering it was a pet friendly room , and again, I’m easy to please and there WAS signs about renovations coming- I wanted to cancel and go next door to Holiday inn but was too tired and didn’t want to deal w/ the girl any more that night. Wouldn’t stay here again, that’s for sure.

We had no choice but to stay here one night. There are many choices in this area so I’m sure you can find something better. I love these hotels typically but this needs a good makeover or a deep cleaning. Staff were friendly and the bed was soft.Rooms: The rooms are very dated and old.

My family with our 2 dogs ? just checked out from 1 night layover back to our home in Florida.I'm sure they keep certain rooms for pets, as there were a few stains on the carpet in our room. That was alright, mostly grateful that Comfort Suites allow pets for us pet families. That being said, our room was very clean with 2 comfortable queen beds. The downfall was the breakfast area. I myself prepare & serve the breakfast in another Comfort Suite in Florida. My impression: lack of professionalism, disorganized, not very clean. The attendant lacked concern for guest satisfaction. We arrived at 730am & the coffee pot for regular coffee was empty. The hot water for my tea was lukewarm. I had to track down the attendant via the front desk. She appeared to be bothered with having to make the coffee & was not apologetic in the least. I continued to watch the attendant standing around as if she was bored being there. Not at all pleasant to guests. All tables needed to be cleaned & chairs rearranged around the tables. One more issue to add... large trucks should be requested to park away from the entrance doors. There was a tractor trailer parked across the entrance way door, taking up parking of 5 to 6 cars. Front desk said there were no provisions made for tractor trailer parking.Front desk clerk was very friendly & helpful.Food & drinks: There are quite a few restaurants nearby.

The room was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. The ac unit was making a little noise but im a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. The staff checked us in quickly when it was really late at night and we were able to get to our rooms with ease. It's very close to the airport and has other things close by.

By request my wife and I decided to stay at this hotel based upon its affordability and its locality. Upon our arrival we receive a warm greeting from Ms Nevada. The first room assigned to us had some issues, but the manager made haste to rectify that. The second room was so much better with a beautiful view. Breakfasts was prepared by an amazing hostess by the name of Avita; Ms Heather in housekeeping along with a Caucasian woman showed such kindness. Of course we can't leave out Ms Brenden who helped us to determine where to eat. The only complaint my wife made me priviy to was the smoke that was in the room and hallway due to someone smoking cigarettes in the property when it's supposed to be smoke free. Nevertheless, it's convenient to the airport, interstate, food, and shopping. It's definitely worth staying at again and again!Rooms: The rooms were very comforting and the bed was so cozy.Nearby activities: Shopping, dining, movies, and even a game center with a water park were all nearby.Safety: The area was tranquil and free of disturbances.Walkability: A few of the the places near the hotel can be walked within 20 minutes or less.Food & drinks: Food and drinks are in walking distance.

Would definitely NOT recommend. The best part of this hotel was the location and the fact I received a refund. The AC was not working in the lobby, the carpet on the second floor hallway was clearly covering holes. We literally had to be careful and walk closer to the side of the wall to get to our room. The pictures are of the first room; DIRTY isn’t the word, and the second room they moved us to did not have a remote to the television and we were told the buttons on the TV still work so we could get up and change it manually.

Hotel is clean, service was really good. The only issue was the bed springs need to be changed, every time your turn over, they creek really loud, good news is that the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Will come back next time I am in the area!

The good: Our room was very clean with a comfortable firm bed, cold AC and staff was helpful & friendly.Needs improvement: TV needs to be bigger than 24 inches and the pool didn't look too clean. Overall nice stay and would stay again.

Been a choice member since 2018 and stayed at many choice hotels on the east coast. This was the worst by far and I wish I had spent a few extra dollars and stayed at any other hotel. Most comfort suites are 10yrs since last update but this was more like 20. Old carpet, nasty carpet in the elevator, rooms out dated, horrible smell of fabulouso reeked in the room. Front desk didn’t answer when you called in the evening, in the morning no one was at the front desk (had to call a number to reach someone from my personal phone, very rude when they did answer and no hospitality about them). Would not spend money to stay here again!Rooms: Nice bed and clean towels, old carpeting, some black stuff in the shower crevices and the room reeked of fabulousoWalkability: Can walk to the convenient storesFood & drinks: 2 shady convenient stores in walking distance, Wendy’s didn’t open the dining room for non drive thru orders, door dash is great though

Staying here for the weekend. Hotel smells awful!! Air in the bedroom not cold. Carpet in the elevator very soiled. The pool area needs to be cleaned. Then to top it off there was a dog swimming in the pool. Never will we stay here again!Rooms: Very outdated!!

We stayed at this particular Comfort Inn for it's convenience to the airport. We find that Comfort Inn's are typically older & are in need of spring cleaning (think overlooked dust & dirt - behind the television, elevator in need of vaccuuming, etc). This particular Comfort Inn was a step up from many that we have stayed at. The bed was comfortable, shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There were no obvious issues. The staff that we encountered could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. Breakfast was included ~ coffee, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, breads, cereals. Basic breakfast ~ and decent food.
