Yep. Call to check in. And keep calling because they don't answer the phone. 30 minutes to get an answer. About 45 minutes to get a door. 30 min to load.

They opened at 8 am. Call to check in, follow instructions that is texted. Once done, they leave the seal in the trailer and get BOL from the Office or they will bring out to you. It could take around 3 to 4 hours to load.

Long wait unprofessional for no apparent reason didn't used to be this way have loafed here for years now hope I never go back.
