ITs nasty and stinks on the outside and smells like it was flooded on the inside and costumer service sucks. I would have poor customer service myself if I had to work in that environment, she can get sick inhaling that stinky smell on the inside🤮🤢

I came up one time and there was no workers in the building and a couple there waiting for a cricket worker to come in to take their payment.The couple said they had been waiting for 30minutes and no one showed up and the place was just wide open,so I called the cricket customer service number and told them what was going with this store.Other times the store isn't open at the time it's supposed to be or the machines were down so I couldn't make a payment.I now just make my payments on the app because trying to pay in person is just too much of a hassle.

Always able to get in & get out when I come. Had to get new phones because mine were too old. Customer service was good the atmosphere is as expected...OK

LIZET she was all by herself on S a t. A few months back & she not only handled 3-4 customers who were all there to pay there bill but She also handled my request as a new customer BRILLIANTLY!!..She had personality, her skills were so good that she made me forget she had cleared out her lobby of bill payers while she had me thinking what color Samsung I wanted..She made it fun and I walked knowing she gave me the best her company offered..KUDOS TO CRICKET for having LIZET on your team.. SHE IS MGMT. MATERIAL if she isn't one already!!!

Terrible service. The employee Let me do everything. I have to call cell phone company, carrier company all by myself. I spent many days and still cannot switch to cricket. Then when i went to Verizon, they just let me sit here and finish everything for me. You'll experience how they push people to other carriers. Super stupid!
