Our experience here was not good at all. The workers just pretended we wasn’t there and not friendly at all. We trashed both drinks. A tasteless latte and a frappe. The brownie was dry and just eatable. The coffee shop it self is cool and deserves better workers, drinks and food. Wish our money back.

Not great coffee. Service is rude. The food was clearly old and stale they served and still charged us for it.

Everything here except the employees is pretty good. Been here numerous times over the years and the employees always look like they hate their jobs. But I guess that checks the box of hipster moody coffee shop vibe? My most recent visit I ordered a bagel and muffin and asked for them to be warmed/toasted. The girl behind the counter pointed to a toaster at the coffee fixings station and said I could do it myself. Ok....I guess I can toast my own bagel but am I supposed to microwave this muffin? If I wanted to make my own breakfast I would have done so at home for free. Coffee drinks are always pretty decent. Atmosphere is nice, clean, good for getting some work done. I'll return, but probably just won't tip as much next time because the employees don't really do anything above and beyond the bare minimum of fixing your drink.

We popped in for a cuppa Christmas Eve Java, BB scone & muffin--delish! So much better than the Keurig coffee at the Airbnb.

Workers super friendly, pecan bar was DELICIOUS (like one of the best desserts I’ve ever had). You need to try it! And pumpkin pie cold brew was slappin’ as well. I always swing by when I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience this morning getting my coffee. I'm sure their coffee is good, however when the residue of their cleaning products is on their lids and cups, it masks the taste of the coffee. I am giving 1 star because when I get coffee, it needs to taste like coffee, not Lysol.

I visit Savannah to see family and like to go to the different coffee spots around the city. I thought this one was local but turned out to be a chain which is fine but did lack the unique charm inherent with in most ofestablishments in the Coastal Empire. The shop had a good amount of space and a large coffee bar so it is a good place to chill in the morning if you have the time. They have a drive thru for people on the go. The staff were efficient and effective, my latte was completed quickly. The food options are lacking though and many of the bakery items were expensive yet were not appealing according to my preferences. Overall a goodSpot whose prices should come down some.

I had a doctors appointment in the area so came here to get some things done prior. I am not sure of the hype around this place. My cappuccino was lukewarm and gross. The food was disappointing. The only redeemable thing in my opinion was semi-decent amount of space. This is also a personal annoyance for me and I may be in the minority with this one, but it really irks me when coffee shops ONLY serve their drinks in to go cups. Yes, if I'm taking it to go, of course. But if I sit in your business, a real cup would be nice. (Not one I have to pay for.) it's always a touch that elevates a place. Bottom line: would NOT come here again and cannot recommend it.

Cutters Point Coffee is mainly based on the West Coast, and this is their only coffee shop in Savannah. I am not a coffee drinker but I come here with friends because they also sell Coke products. (unlike some other coffee companies)Their location Is Savannah is medium sized and frequented by mainly locals. There's free Wi-Fi, and locally baked goods and breakfast sandwiches are available. Their cookies are huge (as large as my hand) and delicious. Service is quick and friendly. If you do order something from the kitchen, such as the baked goods or bagels, there is a microwave and toaster in the coffee prep area in case you want to reheat your item. I find this very useful. If you visit Savannah, enjoy a great cup of coffee and are in the South Skidaway area, this is a good place for you to stop if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Starbucks type shops.
